The location is fantastic, just a couple of hundred meters from the exit, and a few hundred meters to the free shuttle bus stop for the scenic area (which takes you to the entrance). The service was very friendly. Our standard room was on the third floor, and the window view was unfortunately blocked. The toilet was a squat toilet. Since this side faces the main entrance, noise from outside in the morning would disturb sleep. The room door had poor sound insulation, so early risers and cleaning staff not mindful of their volume would wake us up quite early. She even carried my suitcase up to the third floor for me. The room was clean, hygienic, and cozy, with everything I needed. There were many restaurant options; the food wasn't from a fancy restaurant, but the stir-fries were quite tasty. The only downsides were the unstable water temperature, which fluctuated a bit, and the hotel being relatively old, there were some signs of wear and tear and water stains. If you're overly picky about the environment, this hotel is excellent value for the price. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the Grand Canyon.
