"The hotel is incredibly easy to find, located just a few hundred meters off the Cili East exit of the Changzhang Expressway. They offer a huge, complimentary parking lot. The flowers were blooming beautifully this season, which added to the charm. We really appreciated having a bellhop to help with our luggage! Both the front desk and the service staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our children had an absolute blast! We'll definitely be bringing them back for a longer stay during their next holiday."

"First of all, the bed in the room was very shaky; I don't know if the bed frame was broken or what. It made a noise when I turned over. I didn't sleep well all night. The central heating only lasted until 4 or 5 am, and when I checked, it was still only in the teens (Celsius). I think I didn't fall asleep until almost 6 am. The blanket was also very thin. I put on my coat and slept for two or three hours, but I still caught a cold. It took several days of medicine to get better. That night I drank a little alcohol and didn't want to lie down or move, otherwise I really would have checked out. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in!"

The big sister even helped us book discounted tickets for the Grand Canyon, it was a thoughtful service which we appreciate very much! The room is clean & spacious, and they cook delicious meals! They even drove us to the entrance of the Grand Canyon and also fetched us back. Their service and attitude are top notch! The location is also great, peaceful and quiet, allowing for a good night’s sleep, and only 5 mins drive away from the Tourist Distribution Center of the Grand Canyon! I highly recommend it!"

The only downside was the navigation location was slightly off; I had to contact the hotel to get a new location. The breakfast food was excellent and to my liking. The service was great; they could even help me book tickets. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
