The hotel's location is decent, very close to the highway which is convenient, and the cleanliness is pretty good too.

First of all, the bed in the room was very shaky; I don't know if the bed frame was broken or what. It made a noise when I turned over. I didn't sleep well all night. The central heating only lasted until 4 or 5 am, and when I checked, it was still only in the teens (Celsius). I think I didn't fall asleep until almost 6 am. The blanket was also very thin. I put on my coat and slept for two or three hours, but I still caught a cold. It took several days of medicine to get better. That night I drank a little alcohol and didn't want to lie down or move, otherwise I really would have checked out. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in!

The facilities are outdated, communication with the front desk is difficult, and the staff are unfriendly.

I will choose this place every time I go on a business trip. It is a chain brand in Zhangjiajie. The landlady is very positive and the beautiful manager is very enthusiastic. The ladies at the front desk are also very warm and polite. The security guy can arrange the parking space properly no matter when he arrives. The room is not hygienic. 位置很好找!有停車場，性價比高!酒店還算是蠻新的，被子也乾爽不潮濕，已經很是滿意了，前台小姐姐服務熱情看房間比較寬裕就直接幫我升房了，還推薦了當地特色美食，住這裏離各景區也比較方便，價格不貴，服務衞生各方面都沒得説，大大好評👍👍

酒店適合出差入住，位置便利，交通方便。房間安靜，辦公休息都合適，衞生乾淨，服務響應及時。床品舒服，睡眠質量很好。整體商務體驗佳，下次再來慈利出差會優先考慮。
