Not so new hotel in a very dirty little town full of construction sites and all in all quite depressing atmosphere . Staff was nice and helpful.

I went to Zhangjiajie on a business trip at the end of July. The hotel has a quiet and comfortable environment, clean and tidy, and the receptionist at the front desk has a very good attitude. There are several good-tasting Xiangxi local cuisine restaurants around which are highly recommended.

離高速口不遠，但是吃東西不方便，酒店前面是馬路，後面是火車道，相對而言馬路這側勉強接受，但是入住需要收按金，而且不提供一次性拖鞋，真有點不太能理解。

凌晨入住，前台很友好，升成零壓房，枕頭和床褥是記憶棉的。本來一百四入住沒啥毛病，但是馬桶居然沒沖！！！實在是很低級的錯誤。酒店行業一定一定要避免

因大雪困在慈利，入住富藍特樂酒店，位置就在離高速路口不遠的地方。房間非常乾淨，很整潔，沒有一點異味。空調，熱水都好好的。很不錯！
