The hardware supplies of the room were comparable to the quality of the star hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the price was very high. The location of the homestay is very close to the terraces of No. 6. It is very convenient to watch the sunrise on the 6th. The scenery is also beautiful. This time I was lucky to see the sunrise, a perfect journey. Not so good is the loud sound of the wooden stairs up and down.

GGuest UserThe most correct decision for this trip to the terraces of the list is to choose this smart homestay! The voice control of the whole house is too lazy. The important thing is to lie on the bed and feel the greenness of the terraces that are full of screens. In the morning, you can watch the sea of clouds pouring and the sunset melt in the evening. The details of smart toilets and constant temperature hot water are also very intimate. The boss is personally cooking and having to say that the food is the most enjoyable time we come here to eat. This inn is newly opened this year. I am a bit clean, so I like to be a little new. The clean and tidy inn should be the basic requirement, but can you imagine that this inn was built by the owner's family?
Wood comes from the mountain of their own, with manpower to pull down, each board is cut by itself, will not do marketing, then spell hard.
The simple kindness and sincere vitality of the boss family deeply touched me.
The fish are caught in their own fields, called rice flower fish, grew up in the rice fields, drinking the clear springs in the mountains, eating the millet, very fragrant and tender. The rice is grown by itself, and the chicken is a running chicken raised by itself. If you come, you must try it. The city is indeed a delicious food that you can't eat.
In addition, Guizhou rice wine is really a must! On the first day of ordering food, I sent me a glass of wine, and the lips and teeth were fragrant. The proprietress expressed that the wine was brewed by herself in plain Mandarin, and a drop of water was not added!

However, pay attention to the fact that Guizhou rice wine has no degree, and the wind in Guizhou has 52 degrees. Everyone should drink it as appropriate. ～

Because of the 0 distance from the terraces, it is not very friendly to people who are uncomfortable with their knees and have difficulties climbing. The room is spacious, bright and clean. Breakfast Jiugongge, there is an appetite. Looking out of the room is a beautiful terrace.

Aa1i2Let's talk about the location of the hotel first. It's right next to the No. 3 Observation Deck. You can overlook the No. 3 Observation Deck from the hotel. Let's talk about the scenery. It's worth coming here. The terraces are green in this season. It just rained when I went there. The air is very fresh. The terraces and trees have just been bathed. They are very green. Let's talk about the hotel environment and facilities. There are many local specialties on the menu of the restaurant on the first floor, which can meet the needs of tasting local food. The boss, Sister Hu, said that the vegetables are all local and pure green, and they are delicious. The decoration of the hotel is very interesting, the layout is warm, and there are ornaments on the doors. It's not gorgeous or vulgar (it's also possible to see the beautiful scenery and feel good to see everything. Hehehe). The front desk and service staff: very friendly and considerate. The one who impressed me the most was Sister Hu. As a j person, I don't make plans and go wherever I go. I choose to come to Canada just to get extra pounds. I didn't think about where to go later. The guesthouse is located at a higher point, near the sixth viewing platform of the terraced fields scenic area, easily accessible by sightseeing bus. As it's the final stop on the uphill route, you can directly catch the downhill shuttle bus, avoiding the situation where the bus is full at previous stops.
Environment: The guesthouse is bright, spacious, clean, and hygienic.
The owners are very attentive, even providing disposable towels and toilet seats in the rooms for guests with higher hygiene standards.
Service: The owners are very welcoming. There's a dining area on the first floor. You can order some home-style dishes, all very delicious. The chicken used for the chicken soup is freshly killed, taking a little longer but resulting in exceptionally fresh flavor. You can leave your luggage at the guesthouse while sightseeing during the day, and if you get tired after walking to other viewing platforms, you can contact the owners to have your luggage brought back.
Food: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available. The owners cook their own food, with simple home-style seasonings, and the spiciness can be adjusted. The main appeal is the freshness of the ingredients. The chicken soup is a must-order; the cabbage is incredibly flavorful. The stir-fried beef with celery is a generous portion that will fill you up, and the celery is even tastier than the beef. Breakfast includes rice noodles, corn, and sweet potatoes. The prices are reasonable and fair; they don't overcharge just because it's in a tourist area.
Other: The owners are a warm and welcoming family. You can even watch the young owner pet his tabby cat – a truly pleasant experience.

Eecho2158Our stay began with a slight hiccup regarding the room type, but the owner, a pleasant young man, sincerely resolved it. Among accommodations in Jiabang, this guesthouse stands out for its pleasant environment. It's clean, and the rooms are spacious. For Jiache Village, the facilities are quite decent, and the location is excellent, conveniently situated on the road to Observation Deck #6.
However, there were a few downsides. First, for guests staying multiple nights, daily room cleaning and replenishment of disposable toiletries are not standard. We noticed our room hadn't been serviced on the afternoon of our second day and had to request items from the owner. Second, our room was unfortunately situated directly above the kitchen's exhaust vent. During meal preparation, cooking fumes would waft into the room, making it impossible to open the windows. It was quite frustrating to keep them closed in such a fresh-air environment. Third, being a mountainous region, there's quite a bit of wildlife, so guests should be cautious. On our last morning, venturing out early around 6 AM, we encountered a small snake—about finger-thick and 30-40cm long—crawling near the first-floor staircase. Thankfully, my husband, who was ahead, didn't step on it, and we quickly walked around. This was the fifth snake we'd seen in our two weeks in Guizhou, but the others were unfortunately roadkill; this one was alive. While I understand this might be common in mountainous regions, guesthouses should ideally have measures in place to handle such encounters to prevent alarming guests.
It's not easy for a young entrepreneur to run a guesthouse, and I hope its operations become more streamlined, eventually becoming a top accommodation choice for visitors. 🐵

Ssandy jinThe room was on the third floor with a beautiful view. Sitting by the window drinking tea was very pleasant. The guesthouse is right by the main road, very close to Viewpoint No. 1, just a 3-minute walk, which is very convenient. The only downside is that the stairs are too narrow, making going up and down a bit inconvenient. However, there's a terrace downstairs where you can sit and watch the clouds rise and see the sunrise in the morning. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the squat toilet wasn't quite what I was used to!
