Jishou Hotels with Breakfast

The landlady was very welcoming, the room was clean and odorless, and the view from the second floor was expansive. It was a riverside room in the scenic area, and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend it.

We brought our whole family to Dehang to escape the summer heat. Having never stayed in a Miao village before, we opted for a guesthouse run by local Miao people instead of a hotel. The owner, an elderly man, was very capable, getting up early and going to bed late to keep the house and yard spotless. We had three meals a day and tried all his cooking. The food was typical Miao cuisine; the peach blossom fish was delicious, and the peach blossom insects are only available here—a little pricey, but incredibly tasty. We also ordered a freshly killed hen for a stew, which we highly recommend. Furthermore, I must commend the Dehang tourist reception center. Staying at a guesthouse within the scenic area requires a two-day ticket. We arrived at the Dehang scenic area at 5:30 pm on the first day, checked in, and watched the Dehang Fantasy Show that evening. The next morning, we visited the Liusha River to see the waterfall. On the way back, we caught crabs in the stream, getting more and more excited as we went. The little fish in the stream were so clever; even with the kids on the bank cheering us on, we kept trying to catch them, finally managing to catch two. Perhaps it had been too long; I collapsed upon returning to the guesthouse at noon, suffering from heatstroke. I called the visitor center to inquire about the special circumstances and whether my two-day pass could be extended by one day so I could visit the Aizhai Bridge the following day. The staff replied quickly, and the next day, due to road construction, the shuttle bus was restricted. I explained to the staff that I had elderly people and young children with me, and they arranged for a car to take me there. Although I only stayed in Dehang for three days, I could feel the simplicity, kindness, and sincerity of the Miao people everywhere, as well as the efficiency of the tourism services. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back for a short stay.

Located in the remote Miao village. If you love quiet peacefulness, come and stay for the night. Rooms are decorated with beautiful Miao tapestry, soft bedding, clean lines and is a very new feeling place. Breakfast was a range of small dishes, with fruits, noodles, hard boiled egg, etc, etc. Nice assortment. There is not much in the village, but people seeking a night of solitude, viewing the stars from the balcony and appreciating the beauty of the remote lifestyle of the Miao people will be enchanted. We stayed here between the busy visits to Fenghuang and Zhangjiajie and liked the natural, quiet feel.

The hotel boasts a super convenient location, with rooms offering views of Quanzhou Old Town. It's right next to Century Square, with shopping malls and supermarkets downstairs, as well as a street full of late-night snacks. The rooms were clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The buffet late-night snacks were fantastic; after a tiring evening out, a bowl of hot wontons was a delightful treat. The breakfast selection was also plentiful. Excellent value for money! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the room was very beautifully located next to a stream. Even though I didn’t speak Mandarin, the owners were very helpful and kind. They have a nice restaurant downstairs where you can have a lovely dinner outside. The town and the area is the most beautiful place I have ever been. 谢谢你!! I will be back.

Excellent value for money! The owner is a beautiful and kind Miao girl who makes delicious sweet wine 😋 and is a good cook. She even told me about tourist routes and how to get around. The room was very clean, although there are bound to be some small insects in the countryside. The only downside was that the water pipes were clogged due to recent flooding, so the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Stay with the owner's family and you'll have a wonderful time!

The lobby is European-style chic, eye-catching, elegant environment, large and clean rooms, intelligent management of facilities, comfortable accommodation, many varieties of breakfast, parking lot is next to the hotel, parking is abundant, service is great!

1. Advantages: Nice environment, excellent location, directly in front of the bridge, very convenient, and the rooms are spacious. 2. Disadvantages: Absolutely no mosquitoes or other insects. There was a spider, a cockroach, and a stink bug in the toilet, and a large spider in the room. The restaurant was terrible; all the chairs in the breakfast area were moldy, and the ribs for dinner were not fresh and had an unpleasant smell. We didn't eat them and received no refund. 3. Reminder: Do not stay in the Round Moon Wooden Cabins. They resemble construction site sheds, a row of one-story wooden cabins at the bottom of a slope. The roof leaks, and it drips loudly at night. Other room types are much better.

If you're visiting Qianzhou Ancient Town, this hotel is an absolute gem! I stayed here for one night and couldn't have picked a better spot. It locates by the river! It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the main ancient town attractions. Within 2–5 minutes on foot, you’ll reach two very unique river-crossing bridges that full of local charm and character. Very nice spot to take picture right at the doorstep of hotel. The room overlooks the river, scenic bridges, and Qianzhou Ancient Town directly across. The views are gorgeous during the day and even better at night when everything lights up! The hotel features a stylish blend of modern aesthetic and traditional Chinese design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. Their hospitality is outstanding! The front desk was so helpful, one call upon arrival and they came right to our drop-off point to assist with our luggage. The owner is super friendly and welcoming! Some of great restaurants, cafes, teahouses, and bars right around the corner. Definitely giving this place 5/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Will 100% stay here again next time!

I stayed 4days, but It was so nice hotel. The room was comfy and kept it clean by staff every day. I can’t speak Chinese, but Some staffs can speak English and all staffs is helpful. When I have some question or some trouble, they helped deeply. I could go anywhere easily by bus or taxi. The room has a projection sets we can watch some movies and landscape from the window was so good. On another note,If you want to use a microwave oven,you should tell owner and get her to take you to her house for using it. The water is offered for free at room temperature. The refrigerator is an only 1st floor. These are typically habits in Chinese hotel room so just noted.
