這是一家開在湖南湘西州吉首市裡麪的和沐嘉酒店，這個品牌的酒店在吉首市總共有三家，我選擇住在了步步高附近這家店，前台服務員態度超級好，還有私人管家，我需要冰紅酒，馬上給我拿去一樓冰櫃，需要洗衣服，管家也跑來房間拿衣服，特殊時期突然造訪管家馬上跑來送衞生用品，很暖心！房間也很大很舒服，真的沒得挑…這樣的連鎖酒店做得非常成功，希望每次出去玩都能訂到這樣好的酒店～～

The pillows and mattresses in the room were soft, lying on it was very decompressed, and I slept very well at night. The breakfast was also very pleasant, there were many choices of categories, and the taste was decent. The overall stay experience is very good, next time I come here, I plan to continue to live here.

The boss saw the two of us and gave us a lower level for free. The space is quite large 👍. The basic facilities are complete, there is no water, so I have my own mineral water, I didn't see the hair dryer, because I didn't wash my hair, so I didn't ask the boss. The sound effect is general, and the quality of sleep may be considered. Convenient transportation, health, environment is OK, and one or two hundred yuan is definitely not comparable, but this price is still quite OK

這次住的私湯（天氣太熱到店升房）民宿真的太驚喜了！從環境來説，簡直是藏在水庫邊的寶藏地——推門就是原生態的景緻，山青水綠像幅流動的畫，窗外無論何時看都是山環水繞的好風光，哪怕在屋裡待着，視線所及都是舒服的自然景。 最讓我印象深的是這裏的藝術氛圍，後來才知道老闆娘是學藝術的，難怪處處透着巧思。有一套民宿的設計感尤其突出，擺件、裝飾都很有格調，不是刻意堆砌的華麗，是那種讓人看着就覺得“有想法”的雅緻，住進去都覺得心情變細膩了。 私湯池子也得好好誇誇！比我們預想的大不少，帶孩子來正合適，大人能放鬆泡着，孩子在旁邊玩也夠寬敞，邊泡湯邊看窗外的山水，感覺所有疲憊都被洗沒了。 早飯和服務也沒話説。早飯品種豐富，粥、點心、小菜都有，新鮮又好吃，孩子也愛吃。老闆娘和工作人員都特別友善，尤其是老闆娘，對孩子照顧得無微不至，孩子有點小調皮也耐心笑着哄，住這幾天就像在朋友家一樣自在。 總之，這私湯民宿不管是環境、設計，還是細節服務，都讓人特別滿意，已經想着下次什麼時候再來了！

I stayed 4days, but It was so nice hotel. The room was comfy and kept it clean by staff every day. I can’t speak Chinese, but Some staffs can speak English and all staffs is helpful. When I have some question or some trouble, they helped deeply. I could go anywhere easily by bus or taxi. The room has a projection sets we can watch some movies and landscape from the window was so good. On another note,If you want to use a microwave oven,you should tell owner and get her to take you to her house for using it. The water is offered for free at room temperature. The refrigerator is an only 1st floor. These are typically habits in Chinese hotel room so just noted.

The hotel is right next to the national highway in Aizhai Town, under the Aizhai Bridge. The hotel seems to be on the 4th floor, and we lived on the 2nd floor. The boss is a kind uncle. There are calligraphy works written by him on the first floor, as well as many bonsais and the like. There is a small river behind the hotel, and you can enjoy the scenery behind the hotel from the balcony of the room. This place is also very close to Deru Village, and it only takes 10 or 20 minutes to drive there. Prices in this town are also very cheap, so it's a very nice place.

Clean and hygienic, the boss service is very good, the place is easy to find, suitable for tourism and business travel.

Hotel location is very good, the traffic is very convenient, there are many breakfast shops and snack bars nearby, the surrounding environment is quiet, the air is fresh, it is very pleasant to get up in the morning. Whether it is self-driving or public transportation, it is very convenient.
