1103617****If you drive here by car, the navigation is very clear. Contact the hotel in advance and report your license plate number to enter the scenic spot, and the journey will be smooth! Finally, drive carefully as there is a steep slope to the hotel. There are limited parking spaces in front of the hotel. Try to arrive at the hotel as early as possible. If the parking lot is full during the peak season, you may have to stop in the parking lot next to it. If you have luggage, it will be a bit troublesome to climb the steep slope!
We stayed in a glass room with complete facilities and a large enough room. However, in the summer, the sun shines fiercely outside during the day. Even if the curtains are closed, the air conditioner cannot withstand the heat wave. Fortunately, we checked out at 10 o'clock. It should be even hotter at noon!
The most attractive thing about the hotel is the mountaintop swimming pool. The scenery is unparalleled and the Aizhai Bridge is right at your feet. It is indeed a place worth checking in!
I have a small opinion. Because the hotel only has double-bed rooms, we asked for an extra quilt for 20 yuan. There were only two bottles of water in the room. If we asked for a few more bottles, we would be reminded that we could only give two more bottles. If we asked for more, we would be charged. Okay, this is a bit petty, isn't it? Driving all the way here, it seems that no one is like this, and the detailed service needs to be improved!

The front desk service was warm, the room was clean and sanitary, I was very satisfied with my stay, the room supplies were very exquisite, and the air conditioner was great! Surrounded by the famous Qianzhou Ancient City, there is also a delicious street with delicious food and not expensive! A large shopping mall is just a few steps away, making shopping and travel very convenient. GGuest UserThis hotel was great value. We had big spacious rooms with bathrooms and a sun terrace to eat and dry our laundry. The thing I remember most is the kindness and hospitality of the lovely lady who runs the property. She was so smiley and accommodating. She helped us store our bikes in the lobby and carry our bags upstairs. We arrived a little early for check in and she offered us drinks from the refrigerator while we were waiting. In the morning she had been practicing English and asked us in English where we were from, where we were going and welcomed us to China and wished us luck with our journey. I was very touched by this kindness. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers

MM298926****酒店位置很方便，開車來湘西出差大晚上十一點才到，前台工作人員很熱情，就讓人瞬間感覺像回到家了一樣，還提供免費停車場，辦完入住後想去吃點東西，前台還幫忙推薦周邊有什麼好吃的，雖然衹是幾句話但是讓人就很感動! 房間的話，首先是比較寬敞，我行李比較多也不覺得邁不開腿，衞生也還是蠻乾淨的，第二天還主動問是否需要做衞生，總之這家酒店的服務和衞生都做的挺到位，行程比較匆忙其他的也沒來得及感受，但是作為頻繁出差的我來説，衞生和服務做到位已經非常滿意了！下次來湘西出差首選這家
