Kuytun Hotels with Breakfast

Saw this hotel on Trip.com, advertised as opening in 2026, so I decided to give it a try – and overall, the experience was great! The hotel is very easy to find and even has charging stations. There's an Yimaxiang Night Market nearby with all sorts of food and small goods, definitely recommend checking it out. The charging stations are super convenient if you're renting a car or driving yourself. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff (the 'xiaoge' and 'xiaojie' – young men and women) were very enthusiastic and always ready to help with any questions. This was my first time staying here, and after circling Sayram Lake, visiting Yili, and driving the Duku Highway, I chose to stay here again – a testament to how much I liked it. Highly recommended!

The hotel decoration style is fashionable and elegant, the front desk service is good, the room is clean and detailed, the bed is very comfortable, the water pressure is high, the water is fast, the water temperature is comfortable, the bath is comfortable, the Internet speed is fast, the location is very good, and parking is convenient! There are many kinds of breakfast, very rich, delicious, and the service is very warm. The bowl of noodles at Xingcheng is delicious. It is very close to the park next to it. The scenery is very good and you can go boating. It was a very pleasant stay.

The front desk service was exceptional! I was really touched by how well-managed the hotel is. They even warmly checked in on us while we were still on the train, which was so comforting on this cold night – it felt just like coming home. The room was incredibly clean and tidy, and the security service was excellent too. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, right in the city center. We were very happy with our room assignment. I highly recommend staying here! Trust me, you won't regret it!

Hanting Premium is pretty good, much better than Hanting Express. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean. They also have a laundry room and convenient parking. My only minor complaint is that one of the restaurant staff members always had a sour face and a frown. It didn't leave the best impression. I'm not trying to give a bad review, but it would be good to train staff on facial expression management.

It was easy to find it after following the navigation. It seemed that there was a relatively prosperous commercial street nearby, and it was very lively even at 10:30 pm. After completing the accommodation procedures on the second floor, we arrived on the 25th floor. Thank you to the hotel for upgrading our ordinary parent-child room to a suite. Enter the bathroom on the left hand side of the room, with wet and dry separation, smart toilet, and a wardrobe on the right. Going inside is the living room with a TV, sofa and coffee table. The windows are large and overlook the night view of Kuitun. Unfortunately, it would be better if the glass could be wiped clean. . The bedroom has plenty of space, with two beds, one large and one small, a TV, a storage cabinet, a small coffee table and two soft stools. It is recommended to add a place to hang clothes next to the bed. The central air-conditioning in the room works very well, the airflow is smooth, and the bedding is very clean. As soon as you enter the room, there is a smell of linen with a slight smell of detergent, which is very reassuring. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were a bit soft and could be improved. Overall very satisfied.

This is a new hotel with great overall ambiance and facilities. The smart room features are very convenient! Most importantly, for women who often have a lot of small belongings, the hotel's independent ground-level parking is incredibly handy!~ The gym and laundry room on the second floor are fully equipped, even with laundry detergent. Plus, there's a robot delivery service for food straight to your door, so introverts like me don't have to open the door to pick up orders anymore. It was a fantastic experience~

The Wi-Fi signal is strong, which is convenient for work and leisure. The overall cost-effectiveness is very high, whether it is a business trip or a tourist vacation, it is very suitable, I will definitely choose here next time! Highly recommended!

The location is very good and dining downstairs is convenient, but the hotel is in a mixed-use building. The company and multiple hotels share the elevator, which will be crowded. In addition, breakfast is in a shared breakfast shop, which is not exclusively used by hotel guests. There are also waiters. I wasn't careful enough and forgot to put mineral water in the room. We went downstairs to ask the front desk for refills.

The hotel has been renovated for a while, and you can see that the equipment is a bit old, but the service of the staff is very good. The exhaust fan in the room is broken. The maintenance technician came to check and confirmed that the exhaust fan cannot be used. In order not to delay our rest, we changed rooms. The technician ran downstairs twice, and finally we changed to a suitable room. I like their enthusiastic service, not afraid of trouble, and their service spirit of considering customers.
