MM892565****The front desk service was exceptional! I was really touched by how well-managed the hotel is. They even warmly checked in on us while we were still on the train, which was so comforting on this cold night – it felt just like coming home. The room was incredibly clean and tidy, and the security service was excellent too. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, right in the city center. We were very happy with our room assignment. I highly recommend staying here! Trust me, you won't regret it!

The front desk service is warm and efficient, check-in is quick and the staff are friendly. The rooms are impeccably clean, with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding is neat and comfortable. The bathroom features a separate shower and toilet, is fully equipped with smart home features, and is spacious, bright, and well-insulated, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in and check-out efficient and quick, and the cleaning staff were responsive. The common areas were neat and elegant, and the amenities were well-maintained. Overall, it offers great value for money and is my top choice for travel accommodations. KKaisen-98This isn't my first time staying at this hotel. I pretty much book it every time I come to Kuitun. For one, it's pet-friendly, and for another, there's a park right across the street, which is great for walking my dog in the evening. Plus, the hotel facilities are really good, and the rooms are quite spacious. I always have a comfortable stay! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Kuitun!

The hotel enjoys a prime location, convenient transportation, and is surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants.
The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is efficient and fast.
The room is spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration, soft and comfortable bedding, good hygiene details, dry and wet separation in the bathroom, and sufficient and stable hot water.
The soundproofing is very good and it is very quiet to rest at night. The breakfast has a rich variety, a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western styles, and tastes delicious.
The Wi-Fi signal is strong, which is convenient for work and leisure.
The overall cost-effectiveness is very high, whether it is a business trip or a tourist vacation, it is very suitable, I will definitely choose here next time! Highly recommended!

XXiehouWhen I went to Kuitun, maybe it was the off-season in winter, so hotel rates were not high. I changed hotels every day. The previous hotels I stayed in either had poor soundproofing or small rooms. Some of the storefronts look very high-end. The internal equipment and facilities are seriously aging and it is unbearable to look at. Their hotel facilities should have been installed not long ago. Quite new. This hotel is a good choice for both business and tourism trips. It has a good value for money, convenient transportation, and you can take a Didi when you go out. There are restaurants downstairs, which are all very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is soft and comfortable, the service of the lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the room has good lighting. Because you live on the 25th floor, you can see the panoramic view of Kuitun when you open the curtains, and you have a feeling of looking down on the world. The room is also very quiet, the soundproofing is OK, I will come here often, I hope it will get better and better

Hygiene: Surprisingly clean, the bedding, floor and table tops are all neat and clean.
Environment: The hotel has an elegant environment, which is my favorite style. There is a food court downstairs, which is very convenient for breakfast and dinner.
Service: The front desk is very welcoming and warm as soon as you enter the hotel.

GGuest UserI am the first foreigner (from Singapore) to stay in this newly established homestay. The beautiful lady boss is very welcoming, and the service from her staff is excellent! The environment is clean and the air is fresh. My room is huge with a very high ceiling, shown in the photos. There is a vineyard next to it and I could visit and view the 100 year old grape vines. I did not have to worry about food even though this place is far from the city. There is a large kitchen that serves dozens of guests who would drive all the way here to have a meal, and their children can play in the garden and take a ”train” ride. I enjoyed my stay here so much that I extended it by 2 more days! The lady boss showed me around the countryside, and I also visited the kindergarten operated by her. I got to meet the cheerful kids in class!

YYudufeigeThe hotel has been renovated for a while, and you can see that the equipment is a bit old, but the service of the staff is very good. The exhaust fan in the room is broken. The maintenance technician came to check and confirmed that the exhaust fan cannot be used. In order not to delay our rest, we changed rooms. The technician ran downstairs twice, and finally we changed to a suitable room. I like their enthusiastic service, not afraid of trouble, and their service spirit of considering customers.
