We came during the Eid al-Adha holiday for a stroll, but Duku wasn't open yet. Cleanliness: Very good, the room is spacious enough, and the bed is large. Environment: Relatively quiet, and the room has no unpleasant odors. The location is excellent, right in the city center. Downstairs, there's a beef noodle restaurant and a snack shop, and about 400 meters away, there's a Xinjiang restaurant. Across the street is Youhao shopping mall, and in the evening, there's a small night market at the intersection. For tourists from out of town, this is an ideal location. Service: For Xinjiang standards, the service is already quite good, and Kuitun has many hotels. If they continue to improve their service, they will surely attract more tourists.

Most importantly, for women who often have a lot of small belongings, the hotel's independent ground-level parking is incredibly handy!~ The gym and laundry room on the second floor are fully equipped, even with laundry detergent. Plus, there's a robot delivery service for food straight to your door, so introverts like me don't have to open the door to pick up orders anymore. It was a fantastic experience~

There are restaurants downstairs, which are all very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is soft and comfortable, the service of the lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the room has good lighting. Because you live on the 25th floor, you can see the panoramic view of Kuitun when you open the curtains, and you have a feeling of looking down on the world. The room is also very quiet, the soundproofing is OK, I will come here often, I hope it will get better and better

Playing League of Legends was super smooth, and the mouse provided was really comfortable for gaming. Both the PC setup and the cleanliness of the environment were great. The room even had a fridge, perfect for a cold drink while gaming! The ladies at the front desk were adorable and their service was attentive and enthusiastic ❤️! The location is fantastic, making it the best choice for a trip.

The maintenance technician came to check and confirmed that the exhaust fan cannot be used. In order not to delay our rest, we changed rooms. The technician ran downstairs twice, and finally we changed to a suitable room. I like their enthusiastic service, not afraid of trouble, and their service spirit of considering customers.
