4-Star Hotels in Kuytun

Can't find any faults, clean and tidy, air conditioning and heating are sufficient, you can take a comfortable shower and sleep. During the trip, as long as you can stay in the city and choose this kind of chain hotel, you will try to choose this one. I want to come back to stay on the return trip, but I really can't drive to Kuitun. In addition, the breakfast is very rich.

The parking lot in front of the hotel is large, and it is very convenient to park and unload luggage. There are also quite a few different restaurants around the hotel to choose from. I originally planned to stay one night, but the hotel upgraded the room. It was very comfortable, so I stayed another night🤓

The staff were all enthusiastic and would proactively greet guests, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast, in particular, was outstanding; having stayed at many hotels while traveling in Xinjiang, this one is definitely among the best. The hotel's surroundings are also lively, with plenty of dining options, making it convenient for both getting around and eating out. Parking was also very easy. The only minor drawback is that because the room was quite new, there was a slight scent of renovation. It would have been perfect if the staff could have aired out the room in advance.

My previous review didn't align with the hotel's actual conditions. Pros: The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. The room was well-prepared with many gifts, including yogurt, fruit, and naan. So, the service deserves a 5-star rating. Cons: 1. The bathroom and sink area in the room didn't have a wet/dry separation and were too small, only accommodating one person at a time. You couldn't even walk past the bathroom with the door open. 2. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, possibly from the drainage system, which made the stay very uncomfortable. 3. There were too many group guests, and by 9 AM, breakfast was completely gone with nothing replenished by the hotel. I was really conflicted when choosing a hotel and compared several before picking this one based on reviews. I regret it now. I guess the positive reviews were all about the service, but the facilities are genuinely poor.

I was initially happy because the room seemed spacious and the environment was nice. However, after using the hotel shampoo, it felt like my scalp was being pricked with needles – it hurt terribly! I quickly washed it off, but it didn't help. I was supposed to use conditioner afterward, but that didn't work either. After washing my hair, I showed it to my daughter, who said my entire scalp was red. I didn't even think about taking pictures then; it was already past midnight, so I went to sleep. When I woke up the next day, my scalp was covered in yellow stuff, and I remembered I needed to take pictures. Part of my scalp was still red and swollen. Although the manager apologized and bought me some snacks, this was the first time I'd experienced something like this, and I'll never use hotel toiletries again. Someone must have tampered with my shampoo bottle; what I squeezed out wasn't white, but the bottle was full of white stuff. My good mood for the trip was completely ruined.
