The owner was very thoughtful, proactively offering reminders about the hot and cold water. The service was also incredibly friendly, with greetings that struck the perfect balance – warm yet respectful. Although breakfast the next morning was a little late, it was delicious, offering brown sugar steamed buns, egg pancakes, and rice balls. The unsweetened soy milk was also excellent. Overall, the comfort level was more than adequate. If I stay in Xiao Liuqiu again, I would definitely recommend this B&B!

Amazing stay! The whole Family owning the hotel is verz fruendlz and helpful! Every morning, breakfast was delivered to my door, so that I could enjoy it on the balcony with a great mountain view. I also rented a motorcycle directly the hotel, so that getting anywhere in the Kenting area was a breeze. Great experience, and I hope I'll have a chance to come back.

I was travelling with my mom who was travelling to Taiwan for the first time. The location of this place was near the beach and a lovely restaurant that we loved although it was a bit out of the way from the larger tourist towns (we just took the bus or a taxi when we needed to see sights). They were making repairs while we were there as it was the slow season so it did smell a bit like paint which bothered my mother but I can't fault them for that. The real star of the property was the owner. A lovely lady who took such good care of us while there and allowed us to pick our room because she had many open at the time she is amazing. We loved talking to her, and she even helped us heat up our leftovers one night when we needed a quick dinner. We talked about travel and all kinds of other topics. She was so kind and helpful every step of the way.

The house is very clean and tidy, highly recommended. ” ”The room is very clean and there are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient.” ”The location is good, the room is large, the bathroom and toilet are also large, and it is very comfortable to live in!” ”The location is relatively remote, but the house is comfortable, the environment is quiet, and the staff is friendly.

As you can see in the photos, it was clean and comfortable. For breakfast, you can choose between a Mos Burger set or a coupon (worth 65 yuan) that can be used at an outside restaurant when you check in. If you order Mos Burger, they will leave it outside your room between 7:30 and 8:00. If you want to have breakfast before 7:30, I think the coupon is a better option. We wanted to go to the beach early in the morning, so breakfast after 7:30 felt too late for us. You can't flush the toilet paper down the toilet, so you throw it in the trash can at your feet.

Family of 5: Bedroom was huge with 3 beds for 5 of us, balcony opens out right by the beach, you can walk down on foot in 2-3mins(recommended to watch sunrise and sunset). Note that beach sand is dark and not the white sandy ones, but still soft & suitable for playing. Bathroom was huge, had a bathtub and 2 sinks. Great cooling weather on the beach even in December, sea water was not too cold. Great to walk along the beach in morning & evening. Wld visit this again! Room, Bathroom are clean. Pool was not in operation in December. Not many food options by 6-7pm, hotel restaurant closes early. Convenience store 7-11 was walkable distance in abt 7-8 mins though. Easy to walk there on the same side of the road to get some food.

Brilliant staff. Thank you especially to Mandy and also to the breakfast crew! Beautiful hotel, as advertised on the beach with the sea view rooms having a beautiful view and sound of the ocean. Bath in the room was fantastic. Location awesome and other guests staying here so friendly as well. Brilliant night market and beaches in Kenting. Only suggestion I could make was a slightly bigger bed as for two Westerners is felt small as it was a double and springy bed so you feel the moments of your other half ! Breakfast was included but pretty simple egg, sausage, salad, fruit. However, good there was something as this town wakes up late !

The room was clean and tidy. The mini-bar countertop was a bit old but still very clean! The staff were all very friendly, and there was a wide variety of breakfast options. The restaurant was clean, and there were plenty of indoor facilities. We happened to visit during rainy weather, so we had to stay in the hotel, but thankfully there were so many facilities that the kids had a great time. We'll definitely be back!

I've stayed at Seawall before, and I remember the air conditioning in the room being very quiet, not affecting my sleep quality at all. This time I stayed in a street-view room with a small balcony, and the AC was still very quiet. It's really important to get good rest when you're traveling. From the hotel entrance, you can see the Dawan seascape and the sunset, and Kenting Street is right behind the hotel. For us, who prioritize relaxation, it's a very suitable and convenient location. Seawall provides breakfast vouchers for a restaurant on the first floor of another building. It's quite simple, but it has everything you need, and I personally thought it was good.

This stay included an upgrade to a Chocolate Room. The front desk and other staff at the resort were generally very friendly and welcoming. I suspect that due to a higher number of guests this time or a lack of staff for a while, breakfast was extended to the second-floor restaurant on Sunday. Guests dining after 8 am had to wait a bit. However, the most concerning experience was my dinner on Saturday evening. I'm unsure if it was due to uneven staff allocation or a lack of support measures, but it seems there were many more guests not on the reservation list. While there wasn't a shortage of front-of-house staff, I don't understand why one person at the counter had to run around so much. Shouldn't there be at least two people on duty at the counter to seat guests? Waiting for a table for dinner took over 15 minutes. Each group of guests just stood at the door waiting, with piles of empty tables. There were no walkie-talkies in the kitchen or back, and the flow of people and guests was chaotic. As for the dinner buffet, I don't think it's worth the resort's price. Think twice before eating at the resort's buffet; the selection wasn't very diverse, and the barbecue wasn't as good as expected. The white shrimp was fresh, though. I hope senior management sees this feedback. The duplex room was incredibly stuffy and had a damp smell when we first checked in. We recommend setting the air conditioner to dehumidify to remove the smell and cool it down faster. The bathroom had plenty of water, but the temperature control was inconsistent depending on the number of guests and the time of day. The elevator was very slow, and the layout of the basement wasn't great. The water facilities were maintained daily, and there were shows to enjoy in the evenings. Overall, it was a pretty good hotel for its age.
