Surrounded by whispering bamboo groves and crisp mountain air, the resort seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern comfort, offering a tranquil retreat from the bustle of everyday life. The resort’s cozy yet elegantly designed rooms [Tree top rooms and RVs] provided a haven of relaxation, with large windows framing the serene bamboo forest. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality. As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories. This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. Whether you’re hiking through bamboo forests, bonding over a sunset barbecue, or simply unwinding to the symphony of rustling leaves, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted. Combined with the warmth of staff like Xiao Luo and their genuine care for guests (and pets!), this stay was unforgettable. MM294207****Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and relatively new. My room didn't have a fridge. A plus is that you can log in directly to watch anything on the TV box, and the internet speed is good. Cleanliness: Generally quite clean; even the corners were taken care of. Environment: The location is decent. It's near Cangqiao Old Street, close to Lu Xun's former residence and next to Xu Wei's former residence. It feels like it's in the middle of all the popular attractions. The distance is probably between 1-3 kilometers. If the weather were cooler, you could easily walk, but it's been too hot during my stay, except for Cangqiao Old Street which is very close. I really love the room; it seems like an old house? It's a Chinese-style room with exposed beams and pillars. Lying in bed looking at the high beams, I think it's beautiful and doesn't feel oppressive. Service: Pretty good; quick responses on WeChat. Shaoxing snacks: They even gave me a coupon for stinky tofu from a shop at Lu Xun's former residence, which was authentic. When I went, the sister there also gave me fennel beans.

Parking is super convenient with the hotel's exclusive parking lot, which is a huge plus for self-driving tourists – no need to stress about finding a spot, and it feels safe and secure. What really stands out is the service, from the warm and efficient check-in process where the front desk proactively helped us get our preferred room, to every staff member we encountered who greeted us with a smile. Any requests were handled incredibly quickly. The attention to detail truly shows how much care they put in, making us feel really welcome.

ZZHujiujieYesterday, I visited Keqiao, Shaoxing, and stayed at the Atour Hotel Keqiao. The overall experience was simply incredible! The front desk staff were exceptionally good – not only enthusiastic and professional, but they also helped me check in early. Their hospitality was so incredibly warm and thoughtful, it almost made me feel 'overheated' with gratitude, even on such a hot day! The room was spacious and bright, well-designed, and the bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly. The hotel's location is truly superb; just a few minutes' walk takes you to the beautiful Guazhu Lake. In the morning, a stroll along the lakeside offers fresh air and stunning sunrise views; in the evening, watching the sunset cast its glow on the water creates another romantic scene. Shopping nearby is also very convenient, with Pearl Plaza and Wanda Plaza just a stone's throw away. Atour Hotel Keqiao, Shaoxing, is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers! Highly recommended!

GGuest UserTwo families, four adults and two university students, traveled together and had a fantastic stay. Firstly, it was very close to the attractions, with convenient transportation and easy parking for those driving. Secondly, the street in front of the guesthouse was beautiful, perfect for taking photos and exploring the surrounding area. Thirdly, the owner was incredibly welcoming. The complimentary traditional handcrafted Shaoxing wine was delicious. I absolutely loved this city; our time there was too short, but I'll definitely come back again.
