Taizhou Hotels with Breakfast

We stayed here during the Qingming Festival, and the hotel was almost fully booked. Despite that, the service was exceptionally attentive. Initially, I didn't have high expectations, especially when the navigation led us to the underground parking lot, I thought, 'Oh no, am I about to regret this?' But then, we arrived at the lobby just in time for fish feeding, which delighted my child, and the scenery was beautiful – it was a lovely start. As for the room, we booked a deluxe king room, and I loved the layout; the sliding door between the bedroom and bathroom was a great feature. The soundproofing was excellent, we couldn't hear a thing. The hairdryer was a Dyson, and the mini-bar, slippers, toiletries, and complimentary fruit and tremella soup were all of good quality, showing real care. I also booked a courtyard suite for my in-laws, which had an even more charming ambiance. The old street had performances during the holiday, and there were also snacks and a Starbucks right outside, perfect for a stroll. Overall, a great experience!

✨ A hidden gem in Taizhou: Fuchen Yin 府城隐 What makes this hotel truly special is its incredible story — a beautiful transformation from an old 财神庙 (temple of the God of Wealth, so yes… extra good fortune vibes 😉) and a historic printing factory into a serene luxury retreat. Tucked away in a quiet residential alley and accessible by buggy, the hotel feels like a secret escape from the busy world. The moment you step inside, you feel a sense of calm. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with generous spaces to unwind, relax, and simply enjoy the moment. My favourite corners? The library, where I spent time getting lost among the books, and the piano area, where I happily played a few tunes. These little details made the stay feel more like a home away from home rather than just a hotel. The breakfast was an absolute highlight — a celebration of Taizhou’s local flavours. I loved discovering so many regional specialties: 🍵 青草糊 — a refreshing grass jelly dessert with a wonderful touch of peppermint that made it even more refreshing 🍜 姜汤面 and 芋头面 — comforting local noodle dishes 🍰 三色糕 🍚 乌饭麻糍 (with red bean filling) 🥟 扁食 …and so many more delicious local treats that I wish I had a bigger stomach! They even helped me buy the famous 海苔饼 — the whole reason I came to Taizhou — and it arrived piping hot. Truly the kind of thoughtful service that makes a trip memorable. The hotel facilities are exceptional. From the beautifully designed spaces to the thoughtful amenities, everything has been carefully considered. The bed deserves a special mention — probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. They also provide turndown service, luxurious toiletries, and a complimentary minibar (which, by the way, included local rice wine 🍶 — just saying 😉). A huge thank you to every member of the Fuchen Yin team for making my stay so warm and memorable. The combination of history, design, local culture, incredible food, and heartfelt hospitality makes this one of the most unique stays I’ve experienced. Definitely a place I would love to return to. 🤍

How do I even put this amazing trip into words? I’m an exchange student studying Chinese in Hangzhou, and I was totally hooked after seeing photos of Shenxianju’s breathtaking scenery online. I searched a lot of hotels and homestays near Shenxianju, but here’s the thing—most hotel staff couldn’t speak English. That’s when I found this homestay! The front desk team was so friendly, answered all my questions in English, and even took my special requests super seriously. Once I got there, I was blown away: the place was quiet and peaceful, and the room was spotless. Every staff member was warm and welcoming—whatever I needed, they had my back right away. The front desk attendants were always there when I called. At night, I got to stare up at a sky full of stars and really feel nature’s magic.oh,and their food? Really Delicious! And it’s so close to Shenxianju Scenic Area—only a 15-minute taxi ride! If you’re looking for a great homestay experience like I was, this one comes with my highest recommendation!

This was my first time booking a seaside B&B, and I was worried my child wouldn't be comfortable, but all my worries were unnecessary! The butler added me on WeChat beforehand to communicate and picked us up at the designated spot. Check-in was super fast. Since it wasn't peak season, they even upgraded our room for free. We stayed for two days, and the cleaning staff had the room tidied up beforehand each day. They even thoughtfully reminded us about the hot weather, suggesting we bring an umbrella and offering bottled water. While the breakfast didn't have a huge variety of food, it was very clean. Overall, I'm quite satisfied!

I was so happy to get a room with such an unbeatable ocean view during the May Day holiday! It's just a few hundred meters away from Dongxia Beach, but unfortunately, it's small and crowded, and the overall planning of the scenic area isn't very well-organized. The decor at the B&B is simple and comfortable. The owner and hostess are very welcoming. The seafood for dinner was very fresh, and the breakfast was also quite delicious. The mountain drive is quite demanding, but on a clear day, the sea is a pale green. Unfortunately, the weather was bad the next morning, so we didn't get to see the sunrise. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

My stay at Le Pavillon Eternel Hotel was fantastique! The hosts were very hospitable and friendly, a charming husband and wife couple; the hostess was quite a chef. I really liked how she cooked my meals, after visiting the Grand Waterfall of Tiantai and the Qiongtai Fairyland Canyon, perfect places for me to visit at the end of the year. Both are highly recommended. And this hotel is highly recommended because the entrance of these stunningly surreal, spectacular, and serene sites - all at once - are just about a 10-15 walk from the hotel. I visited the famous Buddhist Temple a few years back, so it was all about taking in this amazing waterfall and exploring this enchanting water canyon in between soaring mountains that kiss the sky. Descending back to my hotel room, it was quiet, and the bed comfortable. The heater and the wifi also worked well. The water was nice and hot in the middle of winter. The hotel is not very far from the Tiantai Shan Train Station, which is about 15-20 by taxi and costs only about 25 yuan. When I get another chance to come to Tiantai, I'll definitely come back here.

Shenxianju Star Viewing and Yuemu B&B, which we booked online with Ctrip in advance, is very close to the south entrance of Shenxianju Scenic Area. However, we learned that we were going to visit the next day, and after having a free and rich farmhouse special breakfast, the owner personally drove us there. We went there, and after the tour the boss came to pick us up and meet us at the B&B. Although we only stayed for two short nights, we felt very satisfied. Not only was the room comfortable and clean, the facilities were complete, but the service was warm and thoughtful. They took the initiative to help us carry our suitcases to the room where we were staying and introduced Shenxianjunan It is a leisure route suitable for the elderly, entering from the south gate and exiting from the south gate. The main attractions are basically visited, which saves us effort and time without wasting our legs. In particular, some of the intangible cultural heritage handicrafts and wood carving master-level products of the B&B owner are particularly unique and worthy of praise. Secondly, the delicious dishes cooked by the landlady are full of fragrance and taste, and the taste will be unforgettable for a long time. We drank some wine and sang karaoke, and we were in a particularly happy mood. ...Everything is good, worth recommending, take photos for reference.

A pleasant surprise! Front desk staffer Xiao Yang provided great service. I didn't have high hopes for the hotel breakfast, but there was such a wide variety of both Western and Chinese options that I was spoiled for choice. The food was delicious, and I ate there twice without having the same thing. What's more, the room even came with complimentary snacks and fruit, making me feel well taken care of from the moment I checked in. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Taizhou.

The room is quite spacious and well-equipped. The decor and ambiance show a lot of thoughtful effort. The location is great, very close to Golden Beach within walking distance. Down the slope, there's a food street and convenience stores, and the surrounding area features charming stone houses, characteristic of Shitang. From the balcony, you can truly soak in the leisurely and pleasant natural scenery of Shitang. It offers good value for money, and the stir-fried noodles for breakfast were delicious! What truly makes a B&B special is the personal touch and local interaction, and the service here was exceptionally warm and attentive. They thoughtfully introduced the room, facilities, and breakfast. The local food recommendations they gave us were indeed the best we had in Shitang—the rock garlic rice cake was so delicious, we couldn't get enough! Because we were in a hurry, I accidentally left some clothes behind, and the owner kindly kept them safe. After contacting me, they even helped mail them out, which I truly appreciate! I feel like this was a really worthwhile choice!
