Xuchang Hotels with Breakfast

The place is clean and tidy, with complete and usable facilities, a comfortable and pleasant environment, and incredibly attentive service! Service: The service is truly excellent. I had a cotton-padded coat washed, and I arrived at the shop very late that day. The front desk and staff proactively came to pick it up, and it wasn't cleaned until after midnight. However, because it was a cotton-padded coat, it could only be half-dry; if fully tumble-dried, it would be wrinkled. So, they suggested I take it back to my room to air dry with the air conditioning. I was asleep that night, and the staff took it back to their own room and air-dried it all night. I was so touched; the service was so thoughtful. A huge thumbs up!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I am currently visiting and do not speak a word of Chinese, which can usually make things stressful—but the team here made everything seamless. We had to communicate entirely through a translator app, and the staff couldn't have been more patient or kind. I ran into a bit of a crisis where I needed same-day dry cleaning, and the reception team jumped into action immediately. They handled the situation with such grace and efficiency, ensuring my clothes were ready right when I needed them. Why this hotel stands out: • The Reception Team: All the girls at the front desk are absolute gems. They are professional, lovely, and never made me feel like my language barrier was a burden. • True Hospitality: I felt welcomed from the second I arrived. Even the security guard at the entrance was incredibly friendly and helpful! • Top-Notch Service: They go above and beyond to assist with any request, no matter how complex the ”lost in translation” moment might be. If you’re a solo traveler or someone who doesn't speak the local language, stay here. You will be in great hands. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel so well-assisted!

The hotel is fairly close to the popular Pang Donglai restaurant, about a 15-minute walk. The rooms are very spacious, and the receptionist even upgraded us to a room with a bathtub for free – fantastic! Staying in the top-floor view room offered a panoramic vista of the surrounding mountains.

I must give 5 points of praise, if possible I would give 5+! ! ! The service is attentive and considerate to the point that I feel that Seven Star Hotel may not do better than him. From the welcome at the front desk to the parking lot, everything is in place, very friendly, and the hardware configuration is also very comprehensive. Breakfast was not included when booking, but the front desk took the initiative to give it to me and said that breakfast was 29 yuan per person. I didn't expect much at first, but unexpectedly the breakfast was very rich! I really stayed at a treasure hotel. I couldn’t help but ask the lady at the front desk if the hotel had anything to do with Fat Donglai. Of course I got a negative answer🤣The reason why I asked this was really because of their service It can be called the ”Fat Dong Lai” in the hotel industry, haha.

Come to Xuchang with friends, see the whole season nearby, directly set, the environment is as good as ever, driving is also very good parking, very close to Fat Donglai, just across the road, the room is very big, our three girls live will not be crowded at all, As soon as you enter the door, the familiar exclusive fragrance of the whole season is very safe. The hotel staff is also very good. Basically, they are responsive and very pleasant.

I was expecting for a reception employees to know a little bit of English. When arrived I was surprised that I have to find a way to translate everything to Chinese. Then next day this was corrected, and I found that they put an employee that knows a little bit of English to the reception. Also, for that type and size of hotel, it would be great that they have something for relaxation and training - either gym, or SPA, or pool, etc. Everything else was great and I could see that they were giving their best to make my stay pleasant.

Very good, very clean and tidy. Feel very comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious, highly recommended!

This is a wonderful property! The staff are very friendly and the location works very well for me. My only concern is that smoking is allowed in the hotel. I believe it is that way in all of China. I think Hotels should not allow any smoking but short of that, they should designate at least one or two floors as completely, not smoking. Cigarette smoke has been proven to be deadly to both the smoker and those people are around them. It is unhealthy and it just smells bad. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping and the security gentleman outside are all wonderful people and have made me feel very welcome here. 

Facilities: Very new. The first feeling when entering the room is that it is new. There is no odor. Service: Thoughtful service, very positive attitude, and all requests are met one by one. Hygiene: The overall environment is very fresh and comfortable. The lobby is very bright. Breakfast is varied and hygienic. Overall, this hotel is very cost-effective at this price. Highly recommended!
