My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Yuzhou exceeded all expectations, earning a definite thumbs-up! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and the lobby is spotless and impressive. Check-in was quick and efficient thanks to the friendly and attentive front desk staff. My room was bright and clean with a sensible layout. The bedding was comfortable, and the mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, consistent hot water, and quality toiletries. The soundproofing was excellent, making for a quiet and peaceful night. The amenities are top-notch: a wide variety of delicious breakfast options, and a practical, thoughtful gym and laundry room. The hygiene was impeccable, with no strange smells or overlooked corners, making for a worry-free stay. Overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yuzhou – highly recommended!

I rarely leave reviews, but this one deserves special praise for the hotel staff. The receptionist proactively offered to help with my luggage, the hotel upgraded my room, and even came up to show me around. Since I was on a road trip and had some clothes to change into, the housekeeping staff washed and packaged them before bringing them to my room. They also provided a complimentary watermelon fruit platter. The service was definitely 5-star quality. In the evenings, they sell food outside the hotel; the food is delicious, clean, and hygienic. The hotel facilities are also very new, clean, and odor-free. Although it's a bit far from Pang Donglai in Times Square, I highly recommend it for those driving or who appreciate attentive service and cleanliness. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Pang Donglai! Thumbs up!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I am currently visiting and do not speak a word of Chinese, which can usually make things stressful—but the team here made everything seamless. We had to communicate entirely through a translator app, and the staff couldn't have been more patient or kind. I ran into a bit of a crisis where I needed same-day dry cleaning, and the reception team jumped into action immediately. They handled the situation with such grace and efficiency, ensuring my clothes were ready right when I needed them. Why this hotel stands out: • The Reception Team: All the girls at the front desk are absolute gems. They are professional, lovely, and never made me feel like my language barrier was a burden. • True Hospitality: I felt welcomed from the second I arrived. Even the security guard at the entrance was incredibly friendly and helpful! • Top-Notch Service: They go above and beyond to assist with any request, no matter how complex the ”lost in translation” moment might be. From Qingdao to Zhangjiajie, we stopped in Xuchang on the way back. We got off the highway at 9pm. The hotel is not far from the highway. It looks very grand from the outside. The lobby is also very gorgeous and well decorated. We booked a standard room. Because we brought children with us, we asked in advance if we could help put the beds together. The cups and towels in the room were all plastic-sealed, which was great. There were disposable toilet mats and wet wipes. We hadn't had dinner when we arrived, so the front desk gave us two bags of food, bread, yogurt, and children's washing supplies. After playing for several days, this hotel has the best breakfast, with many varieties, as well as spicy soup and tofu brain. It's a pity that there are too many. I had diarrhea in the morning and didn't dare to eat too much, so I drank a bowl of millet porridge. 😭 I feel particularly at a loss. I'll come back to eat there if I have a chance. There is a fast charger in the hotel parking lot, but I didn't understand how to use it. It's very new. I gave a small bracelet when I left. The service staff are enthusiastic and all smiles. Recommended to stay.

Of course I got a negative answer🤣The reason why I asked this was really because of their service It can be called the ”Fat Dong Lai” in the hotel industry, haha.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with complete amenities, including a washing machine and dryer. The breakfast is also incredibly worthwhile. It's definitely my top choice when staying in Xuchang.
