GGuest UserThe hotel environment was comfortable, the rooms were large, the mattresses and bedding were very comfortable, and the shampoo and shower gel were excellent. The previous night's hotel was expensive and subpar, but upon arrival, my husband commented: ”This is what a hotel should be like!” My friends also said it was good. The price during the Spring Festival was quite reasonable for the area. The receptionist was very helpful and even gave us an extra breakfast voucher.

The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to Pangdonglai, shops, restaurants, and public transportation, yet the area itself is quiet and comfortable for rest. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Even with limited English, communication was friendly and effective, which made the stay much easier. The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed with a modern style. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the room was well soundproofed, allowing for a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and complete amenities. Breakfast exceeded expectations — a good variety of fresh and tasty dishes, suitable for both Chinese and international guests. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which was important for work and daily use. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, high service standards, and a comfortable environment. I highly recommend H Hotel (Xuchang Wuyi Road Pangdonglai Branch) for both business and leisure travelers visiting Xuchang.

When I left the next morning, I found a small friendship card, which was really heartwarming and I was moved by the people of Xuchang.

The floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view overlooking the city street. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and a good night's sleep. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, and the hot water is fast and stable. The details are also very intimate: a variety of charging ports are provided, a small refrigerator is full of drinks, and free tea bags and coffee. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out procedures were fast. The location is also very convenient, walking to the subway station and the surrounding business district is very close. There are many snack streets around at night. Cao Wei Ancient City Hotel can be seen when you go out to the north of the hotel. It is really convenient. Recommended

The breakfast was quite rich, the soundproofing was good, it was quiet, and I had a good rest. The little robot is very cute. We also provided a shopping guide for Fat Donglai. Unfortunately, I arrived too late on the way and left early in the morning, so I didn’t go. The Yuzhou Thirteen Bowl recommended by the lady at the front desk is delicious.

GGuest UserIn general very nice hotel. Friendly staff besides no one could speak in English fluently (but they were very proactive and experts using translation apps and AI). Anyway, not so many foreigners in Xuchang. Cleaning is very good, they give you water and tea everyday. Breakfast is a lot of food, mostly Chinese but also eggs, omelette, bread and sausage. My negative feedback is that coffee there was not good, I think the machine and the grains are not ideal. In general very worthy the price but I believe the gym could be improved with one or two benches and maybe some essential machinery. The rest let me very satisfied and I even prolonged my stay. Staff is very happy what gives you a nice vibe!

GGuest UserThis hotel stay was quite a pleasant experience. The bedding felt soft to the touch, and the sheets and duvet covers looked clean, which made for a very restful night's sleep. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with both check-in and check-out. They also patiently gave me directions to a nearby snack street when I asked. The room was very clean; there was no dust on the floor, and no water stains on the bathroom sink. The bathroom was dry and overall, it was excellent value for money.
