GGuest UserThis was by far the most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our entire Chinese New Year trip. After booking on Trip.com, I called the front desk and found out they've been in soft opening since 2025, which is why it only officially launched in 2026. Despite that, there was absolutely no strange odor in the room. The bedding and overall hygiene were spotless, the facilities were brand new, and the service was exceptional. I'm genuinely not a shill – this hotel is simply that good and definitely worth recommending. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling; you won't be disappointed!

Service: The service is truly excellent. I had a cotton-padded coat washed, and I arrived at the shop very late that day. The front desk and staff proactively came to pick it up, and it wasn't cleaned until after midnight. However, because it was a cotton-padded coat, it could only be half-dry; if fully tumble-dried, it would be wrinkled. So, they suggested I take it back to my room to air dry with the air conditioning. I was asleep that night, and the staff took it back to their own room and air-dried it all night. I was so touched; the service was so thoughtful. A huge thumbs up!

What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. I will improve my Chinese to improve our interpersonal relations. If I could, I would keep this place to myself. See you soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ your friend 宝贵的

GGuest UserI must give 5 points of praise, if possible I would give 5+! ! ! The service is attentive and considerate to the point that I feel that Seven Star Hotel may not do better than him. From the welcome at the front desk to the parking lot, everything is in place, very friendly, and the hardware configuration is also very comprehensive. Breakfast was not included when booking, but the front desk took the initiative to give it to me and said that breakfast was 29 yuan per person. I didn't expect much at first, but unexpectedly the breakfast was very rich! I really stayed at a treasure hotel. I couldn’t help but ask the lady at the front desk if the hotel had anything to do with Fat Donglai. Of course I got a negative answer🤣The reason why I asked this was really because of their service It can be called the ”Fat Dong Lai” in the hotel industry, haha.

GGuest UserThe experience of staying here is very satisfactory! The room is more spacious and bright than expected, the decoration style is simple and modern, it looks very new and clean. The floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view overlooking the city street. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and a good night's sleep. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, and the hot water is fast and stable.
The details are also very intimate: a variety of charging ports are provided, a small refrigerator is full of drinks, and free tea bags and coffee. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out procedures were fast. The location is also very convenient, walking to the subway station and the surrounding business district is very close.
Very good value for money, whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, it will be the first choice next time!

GGuest UserWe booked a king-size bed and a twin bed, and the front desk staff was very considerate to move us to the same floor. The front desk also provided hot mineral water when we checked in.
The room was very large, and there was a disposable bathtub bag for bathing in the bathtub. They also gave us cucumbers for facial application, but they were a little short. It was a pity that there was no place to put the phone in the bath, and there were not enough toilet paper rolls, so there was only one in the whole room. It was very embarrassing.
The breakfast was very rich, but it was not replenished in time. Especially the noodle stall, when I went there at 9 o'clock, the toppings were gone, and I thought I would replenish them later, but at 9:20, the bottom was gone, and they didn't replenish them.
But overall, I have been to four or five cities recently, and this hotel is very cost-effective. The service is also top-notch.

The lady at the front desk was very considerate and check-out was very convenient. The breakfast was quite rich, the soundproofing was good, it was quiet, and I had a good rest. The little robot is very cute. We also provided a shopping guide for Fat Donglai. Unfortunately, I arrived too late on the way and left early in the morning, so I didn’t go. The Yuzhou Thirteen Bowl recommended by the lady at the front desk is delicious.

The duvet was soft, making for a very comfortable sleep. The air conditioning was powerful and quickly reached the ideal temperature. Free WiFi and a free parking lot were very convenient. Plus, food delivery could come directly to the room, which was a nice touch.
