The place is clean and tidy, with complete and usable facilities, a comfortable and pleasant environment, and incredibly attentive service! Service: The service is truly excellent. I had a cotton-padded coat washed, and I arrived at the shop very late that day. The front desk and staff proactively came to pick it up, and it wasn't cleaned until after midnight. However, because it was a cotton-padded coat, it could only be half-dry; if fully tumble-dried, it would be wrinkled. So, they suggested I take it back to my room to air dry with the air conditioning. I was asleep that night, and the staff took it back to their own room and air-dried it all night. I was so touched; the service was so thoughtful. A huge thumbs up!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I am currently visiting and do not speak a word of Chinese, which can usually make things stressful—but the team here made everything seamless. We had to communicate entirely through a translator app, and the staff couldn't have been more patient or kind. I ran into a bit of a crisis where I needed same-day dry cleaning, and the reception team jumped into action immediately. They handled the situation with such grace and efficiency, ensuring my clothes were ready right when I needed them. Why this hotel stands out: • The Reception Team: All the girls at the front desk are absolute gems. They are professional, lovely, and never made me feel like my language barrier was a burden. • True Hospitality: I felt welcomed from the second I arrived. Even the security guard at the entrance was incredibly friendly and helpful! • Top-Notch Service: They go above and beyond to assist with any request, no matter how complex the ”lost in translation” moment might be. If you’re a solo traveler or someone who doesn't speak the local language, stay here. You will be in great hands. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel so well-assisted!

Where to start? What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. This hotel offers excellent value for money with complete amenities, including a washing machine and dryer. The breakfast is also incredibly worthwhile. It's definitely my top choice when staying in Xuchang.

I came to Xuchang primarily to visit Pang Dong Lai, and this hotel's location is absolutely perfect. Angel City and Times Square are within walking distance, and right outside the hotel, you'll find a street full of local specialty snacks. In the morning, you can enjoy a hearty buffet breakfast before heading out. The lobby offers complimentary tea to quench your thirst. If you don't feel like going out to do laundry, there's a self-service laundry room. After meals, you can take a stroll in the riverside park right outside to aid digestion. Everything for eating, drinking, and entertainment is conveniently located. We stayed comfortably and ate to our hearts' content.

The cleanliness was poor; the water in the room was untouched, which was hard to understand. The front desk service was good, and the shopping tips they provided for Pang Donglai were quite thoughtful. They even gave us a small gift and snacks upon departure. However, judging from the facilities, the opening date listed was the date of renovation, not a genuine opening in 2026. It's quite close to the Pang Donglai Life Plaza store, within walking distance. But if it weren't a genuine 2026 opening, I would have chosen another hotel. I left early the next morning and just made do for one night. I suggest improving room cleanliness. The elevator glass faces Xuchang Station, which looks beautiful in the sunset; wiping it down might improve the customer impression.

I must give 5 points of praise, if possible I would give 5+! ! ! The service is attentive and considerate to the point that I feel that Seven Star Hotel may not do better than him. From the welcome at the front desk to the parking lot, everything is in place, very friendly, and the hardware configuration is also very comprehensive. Breakfast was not included when booking, but the front desk took the initiative to give it to me and said that breakfast was 29 yuan per person. I didn't expect much at first, but unexpectedly the breakfast was very rich! I really stayed at a treasure hotel. I couldn’t help but ask the lady at the front desk if the hotel had anything to do with Fat Donglai. Of course I got a negative answer🤣The reason why I asked this was really because of their service It can be called the ”Fat Dong Lai” in the hotel industry, haha.

Facilities: Very new. The first feeling when entering the room is that it is new. There is no odor. Service: Thoughtful service, very positive attitude, and all requests are met one by one. Hygiene: The overall environment is very fresh and comfortable. The lobby is very bright. Breakfast is varied and hygienic. Overall, this hotel is very cost-effective at this price. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and tidy, and the hygiene was in place. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful and the check-in speed was very fast. Convenient location, convenient for travel and eating. The bedding is comfortable, quiet and not noisy, and the rest is very good. Very good value for money, will choose this next time you travel, highly recommended!
