Ya'an Hotels with Breakfast

This road trip with my dad was great! The guesthouse had a lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed tea and fruit in their courtyard – it was so cool and comfortable. Located in the Bifengxia Scenic Area, the air was fresh, and it's very close to the Panda Base. The owner provides convenient pick-up and drop-off service within the scenic area. It was very quiet at night; the mountain air was exceptionally fresh. They also have a cute, chubby British Shorthair dog. The owner was incredibly helpful and humbly accepted my suggestions for improving the showerhead, even thanking me. I wish him continued success in his business!

本次入住體驗非常好。雖然房間比較小，但是非常乾淨，設施也很好用。 另外令我們驚喜的是民宿老闆非常熱情。餐食準備的很用心且新鮮美味😋，可以提前跟老闆預訂晚餐，也有mini bar可供小酌。民宿內部的裝修也是別具匠心，獨具心裁。 民宿除了室內景觀，還有頗具設計感的室外環境和小花園。他們養了一衹叫“多多”的小狗，也非常可愛。 總之這次出行十分快樂、滿足，很大程度上是因為選擇了這家民宿，滿足了我們休息和體驗各方面的需求。好評推薦！

The biggest feature of this B&B is the lake view. Whether it is by the window of the guest room, the window of the restaurant, or the balcony, you can see the lake view everywhere. The lake is beautiful, and so is the B&B. here is the image. Single-family cabin, very private. I particularly commend two details: the electric blanket is divided into left and right sides, so that people on the other side who don’t want to warm up can also turn it off and adjust it by themselves! Towels and bath towels are disposable! We ordered ******* hot pot for dinner. The two girls couldn't finish it. There were so many dishes and it was very rich. The noodles for breakfast were delicious and the boss made them very well👍

The description in the hotel description doesn't do the place justice. The villa we booked is actually part of a 3 storey building. From the pictures, it appears our booking has only 1 bathtub. In reality, there is a bath tub in a huge wash room, a living area, a tea drinking area in EACH of the 3 rooms in our villa. And there is a further living area, a kitchen, a washing machine and even an outdoor sauna outside the 3 rooms for communal gathering. Tea Master Lee was very patient in bringing us to pick tea leaves each of the 2 days we were there. He taught us how to process yellow tea one day (which requires fermentation) and green tea on the second day. We could bring back the green tea on the spot, but as the yellow tea requires time, he would mail it to us. Tea Master Lee just won a competition when we went and we totally appreciated his expertise as well as his sharing of knowledge. He was very approachable and well versed in his art. One note, we were really in the countryside and transport is not readily available such that we had to walk back one night in the dark to the hotel with cars zooming by us as we had a late dinner in the nearby town. And again, as we were in the countryside, places close early and we almost couldn't find a place for dinner as we ended our day late after hiking Mount Mengding. Distances are pretty great between places and didi is not widely used. The kitchen staff and our housekeeping staff were totally warm and friendly. It might be good to provide washing detergent since washing machines are provided.

We chose this guesthouse inside the scenic area so we could get an early start for the wildlife park the next day. It's only a 5-minute walk from the visitor center! To be honest, traveling during a major holiday, my expectations weren't that high. But when we arrived, we were met with a warm welcome from the owner and a clean room. Even though it was raining outside, it felt warm and cozy inside! Plus, during check-in, the owner kindly gave my child a panda doll, which made them very happy. And when I accidentally left my phone at the front desk, the owner promptly brought it to my room – I was truly touched by all these gestures! Regarding the food, since we didn't want the hassle, we asked the owner to arrange dinner directly. The free-range chicken hotpot was excellent; my child had three bowls of soup! For two adults and one child, we couldn't even finish the set meal, which shows how generous the owner is! Breakfast at the guesthouse was decent, with congee, steamed buns, milk, eggs, noodles, and wontons – plenty of choices! All in all, we were quite satisfied with this trip! I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely return if I need accommodation in the area again!

I really loved the style of this hotel! The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. The location is excellent, and parking is super convenient with a dedicated underground garage. It's especially handy for those on the G318 self-driving route. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious, even offering freshly made noodles. The room itself was clean and tidy, and I appreciated the disposable towels and face cloths – very convenient. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and there's unlimited refills of freshly ground coffee. Downstairs, there's a snack street which is incredibly convenient for food – I tried several places and they were all great. It's also really close to Wanda Plaza and the high-speed rail station. But what I'd really recommend most are the disposable towels and face cloths in the room.

The boss and his family are very nice. The room is clean and tidy. The location is very good. It's right next to the panda base and very close to the Grand Canyon. It's a 5-minute walk. The conditions are like ordinary B&Bs, but the price is still affordable. The key is that it's very clean and in the mountains. It’s okay! The proprietress said that they have more than 20 years of experience in cooking Chinese food. The price is affordable and the taste is great! The boss couple were very enthusiastic and took us to the zoo. The small courtyard at the entrance was very beautiful with flowers and plants. I liked it very much. All in all, it was a very pleasant trip. I will stay with them next time.

Spent one night in this hotel as I came to see the pandas. The nearest entrance of the panda parc to the hotel is located 400m which is very convenient. However, to buy the ticket (if not done online)- then you have to go to the tourist center which is located about 3.5kms from the hotel (you can use a free shuttle bus to reach there). The hotel owner helped me for the ticket and asked someone to purchase the ticket on my behalf - however, this ticket did not allow me to do all activities inside the park (not sure exactly the reason why). The hotel room was cleaned and the terrace really beautiful, and it would be definitely perfect for summer season. In winter, however it is really cold inside the room as there is no heater (still there is a heated blanket). So during this season, you need to bring warm clothes to face the cold! For one night this is still manageable as the water of the shower is on the other hand so nice and warm even burning… May be a suggestion I would make = it could be great if you could recommend taxi drivers to reach your hotel. I used Didi - but that was an error - the Didi driver lost himself inside the mountain (wondering if he did not do it on purpose) and demanded twice the price and was almost shouting the whole trip - I gave him what he wanted for peace of mind and close the topic (but the experience was not pleasant and even scary !) On the way back, thanks to the hotel owner recommendation, I did not get any issue as I took the bus from the tourist center to Ya’an bus station for 6 CNY (these buses are yellow color and the bus station is located after the curve of the tourist center). The room is relatively large! At the highest point of the scenic village! The sanitary environment is good! Air conditioning! excellent service! Pick us up at the entrance of the scenic spot! The boss is warm and hearty! Cooking is not bad!
