GGuest UserAn excellent stay experience. Facilities: The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable with two large pillows, perfect for watching TV. Environment: The environment was clean and hygienic, and the view from the window was great; you could see the Grand Canal directly. Service: The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic and provided exceptionally thoughtful service. My child wasn't feeling well in the middle of the night, and we troubled customer service to help change the bedding, which we truly appreciate. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted great. Thumbs up for the Yangchun noodles!👍🏻

The butler-style service was outstanding. Messages were replied to instantly, and requests were met immediately. Whether it was a small matter or something unexpected, everything was handled perfectly, with more care than even family members would provide. The room details were impeccable, clean, comfortable, and with high-quality amenities, ensuring a truly peaceful stay. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, leaving me fully satisfied. The value for money was unbelievably high; the experience far surpassed many five-star hotels! YYionaI chose this hotel for my weekend city walk in Yangzhou, and every Hanjin hotel has its own unique charm. This particular Hanjin is near Slender West Lake, and most popular restaurants are within walking distance, so I highly recommend its location! I stayed in a Jing room this time; though it didn't have a balcony, it was clean and all basic amenities were fine. I must give a special shout-out to Xiao Liang and Xiao Yao from the hotel! Their service was absolutely amazing! They were so patient and proactively offered help to guests! Thumbs up to these two gentlemen! Also, the hotel's complimentary bedtime sweet soup really impressed me! It was a stewed milk dessert with tremella, peach gum, and bird's nest! It wasn't overly sweet, and you could tell the ingredients were high-quality. Super good!

ZZuiyuyaobaiBecause I had made an appointment with the Grand Canal Museum, I booked a superior king-size room with a private hot spring on the 24th. I was very satisfied with the front desk service from the beginning of the check-in. The service awareness was very good, and a disposable hot spring bag was given. The room was OK, with smart guest control and no odor. It snowed heavily in Yangzhou in the morning when I arrived, and it was said that hail fell... In such a cold day, the air conditioning and heating effect are very good, but the private hot spring is on the balcony. It was a bit cold when the breeze blew when entering and exiting the water. Of course, I didn't feel cold at all when I was soaking. I was sweating all over.... The hot spring pool is a bathtub type, very clean, and the water discharge speed is OK, unlike some private hot spring pools I visited before, some of which are dirty inside. I hope to install a curtain or something to block the wind, otherwise children will easily catch a cold. The breakfast is also good, and the dishes are relatively rich in my opinion. Full marks, absolutely full marks

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

It's about a 500-meter walk from the hotel entrance to the East Gate of Slender West Lake. The hotel staff are also very warm and accommodating, always ready to help. They even provided complimentary afternoon tea vouchers. The Gu Shi Photography Studio on the hotel's M floor is also fantastic. They have a wide variety of Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) available in different seasons and styles. After changing into your chosen outfit, the photographer takes you to beautiful spots around the hotel with props for a photoshoot. The photographer was very patient and friendly, providing various ancient-style props and guiding me to take beautiful pictures. Afterward, you can select your favorite photos one by one, and the photographer will retouch them according to your ideas. My first experience with a Hanfu travel photoshoot was truly wonderful! The Si Qing Tang Living Room, also on the M floor, offers free calligraphy sessions, both with hard or soft brushes. The service there is also very friendly.

When booking a room, I thought about getting closer to the starting point and finding this hotel. The unexpected stay experience made us feel what it is to be at home! The staff's service is warm and thoughtful, and the fruit and competition refueling package are specially presented! The hotel is fully equipped and the rooms are elegantly decorated. Because the marathon starts early, the hotel also serves breakfast in advance, and the breakfast category is quite rich! The hotel even provided a shuttle bus to send us to the starting point! After running back, I ate directly at the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. Huaiyang specialties were very delicious! Thank you very much for the thoughtful service of the hotel staff to let me go smoothly in Yangma PB! Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will choose Mingfa Hotel!
