GGuest UserOur stay was absolutely fantastic! My friend and I specifically booked a room with a private hot spring, and it even had a projector screen, so we were never bored while soaking. The infinity pool on the 4th floor is absolutely stunning! Lying on a lounge chair by the pool, with the mountain breeze, truly felt like a perfect getaway. The hotel's service was impeccable from the moment we booked. They proactively called to confirm our reservation, added us on WeChat to share travel tips, and even gave us free tickets to the T3 Tea Garden and Shan Kala Kala Camp. We also got to see a breathtaking sunset in the evening – this pastoral scenery is incredibly therapeutic.

GGuest UserThis famous hotel is the best inn I have ever stayed in. Because the traffic jam came late, I didn’t expect the boss to wait for us at the front desk. I also upgraded our room for free. The most surprising thing is that there are moon cakes and sugar water for us. The lobby manager and the boss are very friendly. I gave my baby a lot of food and balloons, the whole feeling is very good, really worth recommending! (Thank you the innkeeper and staff for waiting for us so late ～)

The ant cave room type is indeed special, the rounded cave design is eye-catching, and the space is much more spacious than expected. The housekeeper service is very thoughtful, and he took the initiative to help carry the luggage, saving some trouble. Breakfast and afternoon tea are also very rich, with texture and grade. Art decorations can be seen everywhere in the hotel, with a sense of design. It's like visiting a small exhibition. It's suitable for people who like taking pictures. I took a lot of life photos~ I can't wait to share them, hahahaha, the castle view with lights on at night is a plus, sitting on the balcony and blowing the wind is very comfortable. The souvenirs given at check-out are also a small surprise, and the packaging is very attentive. It is suitable for people who want a quiet vacation and like design hotels to stay for a day or two.

The surrounding environment was beautiful, the service was good, the cleanliness was excellent, and it was super family-friendly. The kids had a great time, and the adults had a great time. It was quiet and relaxing, great value for money, and the coffee was delicious.

AAnonymous UserIt was a nice 2 nights stay in Ji Hotel Yingde. Very clean warm and quiet, we love the bamboo wooden floor and furnitures, which make it a bit of zen experience. Breakfast was OK, the wanton soup was nice and warm for cold morning warming-up with a cup of fragrant black red where the city is well known for. What surprised us was the robot food delivery, when we finished the day and order takeaways, it arrived at the front desk and then the robot helped to get it delivered to our room. Free car park and helpful staff, definitely recommend.

YYinyuhaiI paid a hefty 1,610 yuan for this stay during the National Day holiday, but the experience was disappointing. First, the positives: First, the cleanliness was excellent. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, with virtually no unhygienic spots. Second, the bedding was very comfortable, and I slept soundly. Third, the rural scenery was beautiful, with lush banana fields surrounding the property. Now for the negatives: First, the service wasn't worth the price. First, the breakfast was too basic. The hostess said the breakfast was excellent the night we checked in. Fearing we'd run out of options if we arrived too late, we went early the next morning. It was rush hour, and the place was a mess. You had to fight for anything you wanted, and the selection was limited: eggs, fried noodles, sweet potatoes, corn, and porridge. My wife asked for pickled mustard greens, which she had to buy right away. The fried noodles were good, but we had to wait in line to order more, and we didn't even finish our meal. I understand a simple B&B breakfast, but it's a bit unfair for guests to pay the price of a five-star luxury hotel in a first-tier city only to get such a simple breakfast. Also, since National Day is peak season, shouldn't the hotel be prepared in advance? Furthermore, the proprietress was stingy when serving breakfast, using the guise of saving money and avoiding waste to refuse extra portions. While avoiding waste is commendable, achieving perfect moderation is impossible. Again, compared to the 1610 yuan room rate, those few ears of corn, sweet potatoes, and fried noodles are only a fraction of the room rate. Secondly, although the restaurant has put effort into its facilities, they still fall short of those of a hotel.

This B&B completely exceeded my expectations; the experience was absolutely amazing! ✨ 🏡 Accommodation & Facilities: I stayed in both the lake-view cabin and the bamboo forest tent, and both had their unique charms. The cabin had a warm, natural wood aesthetic with a spacious room. The two large beds were super soft, and the bedding and pillows were so comfortable – I slept like a baby. The tent room's facilities weren't lacking either; it had a complete bathroom and shower, and the lighting and furniture details in the small courtyard were spot on. 🧹 Hygiene Details: I have to highlight the cleanliness! Both the cabin and the tent were spotless – the floors, bedding, and tabletops were all perfectly clean, with no dampness or strange odors whatsoever. The bathroom's vanity, toilet, and shower area sparkled. Even the railings and table on the cabin's balcony were dust-free. You can tell they put a lot of effort into cleaning, which made my stay very reassuring. 🌿 Environmental Experience: From the cabin, I could open the window and see the lake right away, with green mountains and clear waters before my eyes. Sitting on the balcony, brewing a pot of tea, feeling the breeze, and gazing at the scenery made even doing nothing feel so pleasant. The tent area was nestled in a bamboo forest, and at night, I could look up and see the moonlight filtering through the bamboo leaves. It was so quiet I could only hear the wind and the water – truly a secluded escape. 💁 Service & Details: The owner and staff were very thoughtful. They responded quickly to any questions and even proactively suggested things to do nearby. The overall facilities were also well-maintained; the tent's frame, the cabin's doors and windows, and the balcony furniture were all in perfect condition and easy to use. I was so satisfied with this stay that it's now on my 'must-revisit' list. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose this place again!

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and decent, though the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking. The views, however, were absolutely stunning! We had dinner at the hotel; the price was reasonable, but the taste was rather plain, reminiscent of simple home-cooked food. On the bright side, the breakfast soy milk was delicious, and the fruit quality was excellent. This place is truly perfect for unwinding and contemplation; it's very therapeutic. The drive up the mountain was a bit nerve-wracking the first time, as we drove slowly, cautious of oncoming cars. By the time we drove back down, we'd adapted and felt much more comfortable. It rained throughout our two-day stay, but enjoying the rainy scenery was actually quite pleasant. We'd love to come back when the weather is clear to catch the sunset. Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain, we couldn't make use of the complimentary scenic area tickets.

GGuest UserIt was a fantastic experience. It would have been even more perfect if we could have seen the sunset. We arrived at the summit around 6 PM, when many people were chasing the sunset. As it got dark, tourists lined up for the sightseeing bus down the mountain. Staying up there was really great; we could leisurely have a meal, which was included in the package. We could chat with the neighbors, and there were other children of similar age to play with. Although the rooms weren't large—when we booked, there was only one twin room, and there were literally only two beds—the air conditioner was incredibly loud and made strange noises. There was no private bathroom; eight tents shared three bathrooms, so using the toilet and showering were the same thing. During peak shower times, there were long queues, which was quite inconvenient! You can also watch the sunrise around 6 AM, but that day there were clouds, so we basically couldn't see either sunrise or sunset, although the weather was great. After breakfast, we went down for a walk and even had a tea-picking and tea-frying experience. They also gave us ice cream and afternoon tea. At 780, I really thought it was a great deal. Dinner, afternoon tea, entrance fees, and sightseeing bus fares were all deducted, and the accommodation was less than 400. Definitely worth it! 👍
