GGuest UserThis famous hotel is the best inn I have ever stayed in. Because the traffic jam came late, I didn’t expect the boss to wait for us at the front desk. I also upgraded our room for free. The most surprising thing is that there are moon cakes and sugar water for us. The lobby manager and the boss are very friendly. I gave my baby a lot of food and balloons, the whole feeling is very good, really worth recommending! (Thank you the innkeeper and staff for waiting for us so late ～)

GGuest User【150 words of true feelings】 The overall experience of staying at Yingde Cliff Mountain Residence this time was very comfortable. The ant cave room type is indeed special, the rounded cave design is eye-catching, and the space is much more spacious than expected. The housekeeper service is very thoughtful, and he took the initiative to help carry the luggage, saving some trouble. Breakfast and afternoon tea are also very rich, with texture and grade. Art decorations can be seen everywhere in the hotel, with a sense of design. It's like visiting a small exhibition. It's suitable for people who like taking pictures. I took a lot of life photos~ I can't wait to share them, hahahaha, the castle view with lights on at night is a plus, sitting on the balcony and blowing the wind is very comfortable. The souvenirs given at check-out are also a small surprise, and the packaging is very attentive. It is suitable for people who want a quiet vacation and like design hotels to stay for a day or two.

GGuest UserI've already recommended this place to all my friends! The environment is fantastic; the guesthouse is perfectly integrated into the beautiful scenery of Yingxi Peak Forest. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and enjoy the sunset in the evening – it's truly a peaceful escape. The guesthouse design is very tasteful, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the mountain views like a natural painting. The rooms even have private hot spring pools, allowing you to soak while gazing at the mountains – simply blissful. In the evening, we went to the infinity pool on the fourth floor to swim and relax, chatting under the stars. You truly have to stay here to understand how wonderful the experience is. The service is attentive and perfect; from check-in to check-out, someone was always there to carefully look after us and was available whenever we needed anything. Parking and charging for electric cars are very convenient right outside, making it stress-free to travel anywhere. Everyone at the guesthouse is incredibly diligent and enthusiastic, and they even have two adorable cats! 🐱

GGuest UserWhat an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival.She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature.

During my stay, they were incredibly responsive to every request, and I even received a parting gift when I checked out. The room facilities were fantastic, and because there weren't many guests, they proactively upgraded my room. The room was well-equipped, and the guesthouse's scenery was absolutely beautiful – it felt like I was living right inside a picturesque landscape. They also provided complimentary tickets to the tea plantation, which is very close by, though I'd say it's an optional visit. It's also not far from the Heshun Karst Cave, so you can easily stop by if you're in the area. Plus, there's passion fruit picking right outside, and the breakfast was delicious!

AAnonymous UserIt was a nice 2 nights stay in Ji Hotel Yingde. Very clean warm and quiet, we love the bamboo wooden floor and furnitures, which make it a bit of zen experience. Breakfast was OK, the wanton soup was nice and warm for cold morning warming-up with a cup of fragrant black red where the city is well known for. What surprised us was the robot food delivery, when we finished the day and order takeaways, it arrived at the front desk and then the robot helped to get it delivered to our room. Free car park and helpful staff, definitely recommend.

All activities are chargeable (mini-train/go-karting/hot air balloon/gliding/cable car/off-road vehicles, etc.). Some free activities are a bit desolate (pet park) or good for taking photos. In spring, there are rapeseed flowers/cherry blossom forests, and in summer, there are lotus ponds—it sounds like a beautiful scene! **South China Night Pearl for 2 Adults + 1 Child:** Free activity **Red History and Culture Experience for 2 Adults + 1 Child:** Free activity Nearby attractions include Xiaohuashan Via Ferrata climbing/Dongtian Wonderland. **Recommended itinerary:** 2-3 days for a single scenic area, 3-4 days for nearby attractions. Would love to come back! It caters to all ages, from thrilling activities and Instagrammable spots to a relaxed lifestyle and family-friendly options – highly recommended!

YYinyuhaiI paid a hefty 1,610 yuan for this stay during the National Day holiday, but the experience was disappointing. First, the positives: First, the cleanliness was excellent. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, with virtually no unhygienic spots. Second, the bedding was very comfortable, and I slept soundly. Third, the rural scenery was beautiful, with lush banana fields surrounding the property. Now for the negatives: First, the service wasn't worth the price. First, the breakfast was too basic. The hostess said the breakfast was excellent the night we checked in. Fearing we'd run out of options if we arrived too late, we went early the next morning. It was rush hour, and the place was a mess. You had to fight for anything you wanted, and the selection was limited: eggs, fried noodles, sweet potatoes, corn, and porridge. My wife asked for pickled mustard greens, which she had to buy right away. The fried noodles were good, but we had to wait in line to order more, and we didn't even finish our meal. I understand a simple B&B breakfast, but it's a bit unfair for guests to pay the price of a five-star luxury hotel in a first-tier city only to get such a simple breakfast. Also, since National Day is peak season, shouldn't the hotel be prepared in advance? Furthermore, the proprietress was stingy when serving breakfast, using the guise of saving money and avoiding waste to refuse extra portions. While avoiding waste is commendable, achieving perfect moderation is impossible. Again, compared to the 1610 yuan room rate, those few ears of corn, sweet potatoes, and fried noodles are only a fraction of the room rate. Secondly, although the restaurant has put effort into its facilities, they still fall short of those of a hotel.

GGuest UserOur two days at T Manor Tent camp were very enjoyable, with lots of peaceful walks through the plantation and some spectacular sunsets seen from our glamping tent and from the viewing area at the top of the hill which looks out over the karst-studded landscape. Our tent was located down below which was less spectacular than the tents on the hill but also less exposed and a good option. We had great service from the T Manor staff, who set up a WeChat thread so my husband could communicate with us easily as most of them didn’t speak English. One exception was Allen, a tour guide from Taiwan who was very friendly and helpful, especially on the last day when he helped organise a car to take us to our next accommodation a few hours drive away. A special mention must also go to the restaurant staff, who served us a range of tea-infused dishes and patiently went along with our many queries (our daughter is coeliac which made eating in China a little complicated). Thank you T Manor for a serene and friendly experience, we particularly loved listening to the sound of the bees pollinating the tea bushes as we eat on the veranda of our tent and looked out over the plantation.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and decent, though the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking. The views, however, were absolutely stunning! We had dinner at the hotel; the price was reasonable, but the taste was rather plain, reminiscent of simple home-cooked food. On the bright side, the breakfast soy milk was delicious, and the fruit quality was excellent. This place is truly perfect for unwinding and contemplation; it's very therapeutic. The drive up the mountain was a bit nerve-wracking the first time, as we drove slowly, cautious of oncoming cars. By the time we drove back down, we'd adapted and felt much more comfortable. It rained throughout our two-day stay, but enjoying the rainy scenery was actually quite pleasant. We'd love to come back when the weather is clear to catch the sunset. Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain, we couldn't make use of the complimentary scenic area tickets.
