Around 8 AM, the staff were loudly cleaning and even opened our door by mistake. We were still sleeping inside, and she just opened it with her key. Even when she realized it was double-locked, she kept pushing. I don't know how this hotel trains its staff. It really made me furious first thing in the morning. 🙂 For a similar price, the Yunju Hotel next door is infinitely better. Bad review, bad review, bad review."

While checking in, I met Wenyan at the front desk, who was very enthusiastic, introducing me to good places to eat, drink, and have fun, and explaining all the important points clearly. At checkout, I met Luling again; she reminded me to get my parking voucher and helped me with my luggage—I had so much stuff! Next time I'm in Yingde, I'll definitely go back to Hailuo. It's generous, welcoming, the rooms are clean and bright, and the breakfast is plentiful and nutritious. I was extremely satisfied with everything."

"Warmth from check-in to check-out! The front desk proactively offered hot tea and local tips. The room was incredibly soundproof, and even the bathroom corners were spotless. They even offered pillows of different firmness. At check-out, they thoughtfully helped pack breakfast. This level of care truly touched me, and it's already on my list for a return stay! The front desk lady was beautiful and kind, with a sweet smile."

"The biggest surprise of this trip! Yunqi Moye perfectly embodies the idea of a 'pastoral retreat.' The lobby is beautifully designed, and with farmland and peak forests right outside the window, it feels like living inside a painting. The room was spacious and spotless! The infinity pool on the fourth floor reflects the mountain scenery; it's so beautiful I didn't want to leave, and it's an amazing spot to watch the sunset. The complimentary afternoon tea and breakfast were both delicious. It's very close to nearby attractions and activities, and the nearby Shan Kala Ka Coffee Camp even offers paddleboarding and BBQ. I'm planning to bring friends back again this summer!"

"Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. 1. The courtyard was littered with cigarette butts and overgrown with weeds. 2. There were rats and geckos. 3. The front desk refused to give me the room I'd promised them. 4. The room wasn't clean enough, with dust everywhere. 5. Several lights were broken, making the room dim. 6. The food was terrible. 7. The pool was nice, but dirty. 8. The hair dryer didn't work. 9. The curtains and other items looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. 10. The sofa, chairs, and windows were all dirty."
