GGuest UserThis famous hotel is the best inn I have ever stayed in. Because the traffic jam came late, I didn’t expect the boss to wait for us at the front desk. I also upgraded our room for free. The most surprising thing is that there are moon cakes and sugar water for us. The lobby manager and the boss are very friendly. I gave my baby a lot of food and balloons, the whole feeling is very good, really worth recommending! (Thank you the innkeeper and staff for waiting for us so late ～)

The overall experience of staying at Yingde Cliff Mountain Residence this time was very comfortable. The ant cave room type is indeed special, the rounded cave design is eye-catching, and the space is much more spacious than expected. The housekeeper service is very thoughtful, and he took the initiative to help carry the luggage, saving some trouble. Breakfast and afternoon tea are also very rich, with texture and grade. Art decorations can be seen everywhere in the hotel, with a sense of design. It's like visiting a small exhibition. It's suitable for people who like taking pictures. I took a lot of life photos~ I can't wait to share them, hahahaha, the castle view with lights on at night is a plus, sitting on the balcony and blowing the wind is very comfortable. The souvenirs given at check-out are also a small surprise, and the packaging is very attentive. It is suitable for people who want a quiet vacation and like design hotels to stay for a day or two.

GGuest UserIt's a family run business. The rooms were very clean and tidy. There is a lift, so convenien. The owners were so friendly and helpful, providing us all information we need to explore the local attractions. They also sell tickets to the attractions at the cheaper prices than apps. During our visit, we encountered a problem on transportation. The owner drove a long way to pick us back to their building with no charges, so kind and really taking good care of customers. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserWe are 7 big and 2 small outings, booked a villa with a private pool, the experience is great. First of all, in the service, the boss is very enthusiastic, good communication, recommended delicious and fun nearby, and also sent the children's breakfast. The coffee shop's Chinese and Western breakfasts have their own advantages, taking into account the tastes and needs of a small and old. In terms of environment, the villa is fully equipped. The house provides special Yingde black tea and green tea bags. The bedroom and bathroom have different aromas. I have smelled the best. I can see that everything is attentive. The hygiene we care about most is done in place. Give five-star praise, thank the boss for his intentions, and will come again if there is a chance.

GGuest UserThe suite is large, very clean, and there is a bathtub. There are few bathtubs in the hotel all season. This time I found a halfway station and hurriedly booked a room. I forgot to note that there is no smoke. There is a little smoke. In fact, the hotel is not allowed to smoke. There is no fruit plate in the suite. There is a humidifier in all rooms. The bath is cold and the water is strong. The air conditioning system is normal. The bedding is good. There is a smart toilet. There is a night sensor light. But Hello Huazhu has no response. The suite has two TVs. One of the beds cannot be adjusted. I have to sit in the hall and watch.
Breakfast should be praised by the staff to put the food in insulation, and clean up as soon as someone finishes eating. I like this simple coarse grain breakfast very much. It is recommended that each season is a bit different, so that our whole journey will not feel early even if we live in different places every day. Sample 😅
The hotel has a slow fork charging car, and it is very affordable 👍🏻

GGuest UserIt was a fantastic experience. It would have been even more perfect if we could have seen the sunset. We arrived at the summit around 6 PM, when many people were chasing the sunset. As it got dark, tourists lined up for the sightseeing bus down the mountain. Staying up there was really great; we could leisurely have a meal, which was included in the package. We could chat with the neighbors, and there were other children of similar age to play with. Although the rooms weren't large—when we booked, there was only one twin room, and there were literally only two beds—the air conditioner was incredibly loud and made strange noises. There was no private bathroom; eight tents shared three bathrooms, so using the toilet and showering were the same thing. During peak shower times, there were long queues, which was quite inconvenient! You can also watch the sunrise around 6 AM, but that day there were clouds, so we basically couldn't see either sunrise or sunset, although the weather was great. After breakfast, we went down for a walk and even had a tea-picking and tea-frying experience. They also gave us ice cream and afternoon tea. At 780, I really thought it was a great deal. Dinner, afternoon tea, entrance fees, and sightseeing bus fares were all deducted, and the accommodation was less than 400. Definitely worth it! 👍

YYinyuhaiI paid a hefty 1,610 yuan for this stay during the National Day holiday, but the experience was disappointing.
First, the positives: First, the cleanliness was excellent. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, with virtually no unhygienic spots. Second, the bedding was very comfortable, and I slept soundly. Third, the rural scenery was beautiful, with lush banana fields surrounding the property.
Now for the negatives: First, the service wasn't worth the price. First, the breakfast was too basic. The hostess said the breakfast was excellent the night we checked in. Fearing we'd run out of options if we arrived too late, we went early the next morning. It was rush hour, and the place was a mess. You had to fight for anything you wanted, and the selection was limited: eggs, fried noodles, sweet potatoes, corn, and porridge. My wife asked for pickled mustard greens, which she had to buy right away. The fried noodles were good, but we had to wait in line to order more, and we didn't even finish our meal. I understand a simple B&B breakfast, but it's a bit unfair for guests to pay the price of a five-star luxury hotel in a first-tier city only to get such a simple breakfast. Also, since National Day is peak season, shouldn't the hotel be prepared in advance? Furthermore, the proprietress was stingy when serving breakfast, using the guise of saving money and avoiding waste to refuse extra portions. While avoiding waste is commendable, achieving perfect moderation is impossible. Again, compared to the 1610 yuan room rate, those few ears of corn, sweet potatoes, and fried noodles are only a fraction of the room rate. Secondly, although the restaurant has put effort into its facilities, they still fall short of those of a hotel.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and decent, though the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking. The views, however, were absolutely stunning! We had dinner at the hotel; the price was reasonable, but the taste was rather plain, reminiscent of simple home-cooked food. On the bright side, the breakfast soy milk was delicious, and the fruit quality was excellent. This place is truly perfect for unwinding and contemplation; it's very therapeutic. The drive up the mountain was a bit nerve-wracking the first time, as we drove slowly, cautious of oncoming cars. By the time we drove back down, we'd adapted and felt much more comfortable. It rained throughout our two-day stay, but enjoying the rainy scenery was actually quite pleasant. We'd love to come back when the weather is clear to catch the sunset. Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain, we couldn't make use of the complimentary scenic area tickets.
