Yingde Hotels with Balcony

This famous hotel is the best inn I have ever stayed in. Because the traffic jam came late, I didn’t expect the boss to wait for us at the front desk. I also upgraded our room for free. The most surprising thing is that there are moon cakes and sugar water for us. The lobby manager and the boss are very friendly. I gave my baby a lot of food and balloons, the whole feeling is very good, really worth recommending! (Thank you the innkeeper and staff for waiting for us so late ～)

It's a family run business. The rooms were very clean and tidy. There is a lift, so convenien. The owners were so friendly and helpful, providing us all information we need to explore the local attractions. They also sell tickets to the attractions at the cheaper prices than apps. During our visit, we encountered a problem on transportation. The owner drove a long way to pick us back to their building with no charges, so kind and really taking good care of customers. This pet-friendly B&B was worth the visit, even on a rainy day (the front desk even gave my little dog a welcome gift – pee pads, poop bags, and protective spray, all very useful!). Before arrival, the front desk attendant contacted me with parking directions, local attraction tips, and restaurant recommendations. Since it was raining, I decided to have dinner at the B&B's restaurant. The steamed sea bass was absolutely delicious! Plus, a friendly cat joined me for dinner, haha. The B&B's pool is quite large and the water is very clean; swimming in it was incredibly relaxing. Our room was in a Japanese tatami style, clean and odor-free. And for the southern climate, having dry and fresh bedding in the room is so important! After dinner, I took a stroll around the B&B. The surrounding green, rolling, misty hills were truly breathtaking. This is definitely a place I'd visit again.

The most satisfying accommodation of this trip! We booked a twin room at Songxiang Mountain Lodge. The surrounding environment was beautiful, the service was good, the cleanliness was excellent, and it was super family-friendly. The kids had a great time, and the adults had a great time. It was quiet and relaxing, great value for money, and the coffee was delicious.

The rooms are small but clean and tidy, and there's a shuttle bus service/welcome gift! ^_^ There's only one restaurant, and takeout is practically nonexistent! The snacks served are quite oily. Our two days at T Manor Tent camp were very enjoyable, with lots of peaceful walks through the plantation and some spectacular sunsets seen from our glamping tent and from the viewing area at the top of the hill which looks out over the karst-studded landscape. Our tent was located down below which was less spectacular than the tents on the hill but also less exposed and a good option. We had great service from the T Manor staff, who set up a WeChat thread so my husband could communicate with us easily as most of them didn’t speak English. One exception was Allen, a tour guide from Taiwan who was very friendly and helpful, especially on the last day when he helped organise a car to take us to our next accommodation a few hours drive away. A special mention must also go to the restaurant staff, who served us a range of tea-infused dishes and patiently went along with our many queries (our daughter is coeliac which made eating in China a little complicated). Thank you T Manor for a serene and friendly experience, we particularly loved listening to the sound of the bees pollinating the tea bushes as we eat on the veranda of our tent and looked out over the plantation.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. They even helped us carry our luggage to our room. There was complementary tea and showergel in the room, which we enjoyed. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The manager Rachel even invited us for local dinner and breakfast, which we really enjoyed! All in all it was a pleasant stay! Happy to come again!

Given its mountain location, it's common to encounter small insects. If you're not bothered by this, it could be a good choice. However, there was an issue with the staff regarding the tickets for the Yingxi Peak Forest T3 Organic Tea Garden. We were short-changed on the complimentary tea garden tickets. For our group of three adults and one child, they only provided three tickets instead of the four we should have received. The staff initially claimed that two children could enter with one adult, but upon reaching the tea garden, we were forced to purchase an additional ticket. This meant we were essentially scammed out of one ticket, which was incredibly frustrating. Everything else was largely fine, so I'm baffled why they would cause such an unpleasant experience just to save the cost of a single ticket.

It was my first time to visit Baodun Lake Hushan Hot Spring Resort, and I felt great. First of all, the first impression I got from the check-in was very good. Thanks to the housekeeper Zhuzhu for her thoughtfulness and enthusiasm. She took the initiative to help us upgrade to the zero-distance swimming lane room on the first floor. The room type is very spacious with one living room and one bedroom. The swimming lane is directly accessible from the garden, which is very convenient and comfortable. The next day, Zhuzhu also helped us seamlessly connect to the original room and extend our stay for one night, allowing us to enjoy a very happy and relaxing vacation. The hotel is surrounded by the vast Baodun Lake, with a panoramic view of the lake and mountains. There is a greenway along the lake for morning jogging and exercise, and there are gulls and herons flying in the woods not far away, the scenery is charming. It is worth checking in again.
