The room facilities are comprehensive; there's a safe, a mini-fridge, tea, and an umbrella, all provided. Inside the hot springs area, there are plenty of fresh towels available for changing. Service is excellent. The staff are all very enthusiastic. When we checked into our room and asked for an extra quilt, housekeeping immediately came to help us out and even asked if we wanted the quilt folded. When we requested two more bottles of water, housekeeping promptly delivered them, along with two small sodas. While at the hot springs, my elderly family member, who isn't very agile, received incredibly warm assistance from staff member Zhao Shaofen. She helped the elder person get in and out of the pools, proactively brought tea and towels, and even walked slowly with them along the way, explaining the different hot springs. This is a hotel worth revisiting many times over. I'd love to bring my whole company here for a team-building event! 😊😊

The hotel is decent but not outstanding. The room was clean but felt a bit dated, and the soundproofing was poor—I could hear hallway noise at night. The staff were friendly, but service at the restaurant was slow. It’s an okay option if you need a budget-friendly stay, but don’t expect luxury.

The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient access to restaurants and shopping nearby. I booked a triple deluxe room, which was spacious, bright, sunny, comfortable, and clean. It was on a high floor and the environment was quiet. After check-in, we were provided with complimentary buffet breakfast, laundry facilities, and parking. The lobby was clean and elegant, and the staff were all polite and welcoming. It was a very good stay experience.

1) Triple room quit big, really enough for 3-4 persons. 2.) For the bathrooms, should do bit improvement for the cleanest especially should do moping floor (also inside the room floor), wash the bathtub when request to do the cleanest. for all the shampoo, bath gel, conditional should check & fill-up, because we have 3 adults & 1 kid to stay for 6 nights in the same room. 3.) Centralized control the heating air flow for cool weather, should allow guest to adjust the temperature inside the room so that not too hot. 4.) Good to mentioned that this hotel had provide the washing machine & dryer for the guest convenient. 5.) Morning breakfasts are overall good for families.

There are many kinds of hot springs, the environment is very clean, and the temperature is very hot. Each one is a small spring, and you can chat while soaking. What I like most is that the hotel is surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the air is very fresh, which is very suitable for relaxing during a short vacation. The only drawback is that there are too few restaurants for dinner, and there are too many people at the breakfast buffet, which is acceptable if you don't have any requirements for food.

The space capsule homestay is better than expected, clean and hygienic. The boss is very enthusiastic and gives red envelopes to children when he sees them. Hard to give a review.. this hotel is really dated, but it is probably the best you can get in the city centre. location is good, full of shopping and food options surrounded. other than this, nothing much. furnitures are old and dated design, fridge and safe cannot be used. basically, expect nothing when staying here.
