The room facilities are comprehensive; there's a safe, a mini-fridge, tea, and an umbrella, all provided. Inside the hot springs area, there are plenty of fresh towels available for changing. Service is excellent. The staff are all very enthusiastic. When we checked into our room and asked for an extra quilt, housekeeping immediately came to help us out and even asked if we wanted the quilt folded. When we requested two more bottles of water, housekeeping promptly delivered them, along with two small sodas. While at the hot springs, my elderly family member, who isn't very agile, received incredibly warm assistance from staff member Zhao Shaofen. She helped the elder person get in and out of the pools, proactively brought tea and towels, and even walked slowly with them along the way, explaining the different hot springs. This is a hotel worth revisiting many times over. I'd love to bring my whole company here for a team-building event! 😊😊

We booked a deluxe one-bedroom suite with two beds. The living room wasn't large, but the amenities were quite complete. Some mattresses sank a bit in the middle, making them uncomfortable. The hotel was nice and clean. The service, both in the restaurant and the hotel, was excellent overall. Yunquan Valley doesn't have many hot springs, but there is a swimming pool. The hot springs are refreshing and comfortable, but you have to collect the water yourself; there are no waiters to bring it to the poolside. The view from the mountainside is pleasant and the air is fresh. The hotel offers a free cable car ride, which takes you to several scenic spots at the top of the mountain for photo opportunities. The scenery is beautiful, with mountains and water, offering a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. In addition to hot springs and swimming, there's also a children's water park. The entire ecological park is pleasant and not tiring to walk around. It's a great place for fun, leisure, and recuperation. I highly recommend it. The Xiangwo tea is delicious and fragrant. Each room comes with two bottles and a large 3L bottle of Xiangwo mountain spring water, which is sweet and refreshing. The tea-flavored chicken is also excellent!

It was my first time to stay in a space capsule homestay with my family. It was quite novel. The house had daylight on three sides. When I woke up and opened the curtains, I could see the green space and rural landscape all around. I felt cheerful, free and unrestrained. The service here was very meticulous and thoughtful. After arriving at the front desk, not only were flowers presented to us, but we could also eat local snacks for free, such as preserved plums, brown sugar ginger and other emerging preserved fruits. Although this place has just started trial operation, the facilities are pretty good. They provide free tea-making, barbecue, Kung Fu tea and singing, which can solve our entertainment needs during our stay at the B&B. The boss not only provided breakfast, but also specially offered our family a vegetarian package to a nearby restaurant, a special gift. Hard to give a review.. this hotel is really dated, but it is probably the best you can get in the city centre. location is good, full of shopping and food options surrounded. other than this, nothing much. furnitures are old and dated design, fridge and safe cannot be used. basically, expect nothing when staying here.
