I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-thought-out layout, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, genuinely friendly. The hotel's location is also very convenient, offering great value for money. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again if I return to the area.

Longshan Hot Spring Hotel was a delightful surprise. It sits atop its own mountain, which is also the source of the hot spring, offering beautiful surroundings and refreshing air. The staff were exceptionally high-quality, polite, and provided warm, enthusiastic service. They even recommended some great local restaurants in the town. The hot spring water itself was silky smooth, and the hot spring area offered excellent service with plenty of food and drink options. They even had someone to help with swimsuit spin-drying. In fact, the entire town had an incredibly strong service ethic; their hospitality genuinely amazed me, and I took advantage of the free shuttle service multiple times. The Chinese restaurant at Longshan Hot Spring served good food (apart from the lamb, which was impossible to chew…), though prices were a bit higher than the local farm-to-table restaurants outside. The room was spacious and bright, elegantly furnished with traditional Chinese rosewood furniture. A pleasant surprise was the lovely aroma in the room – a refreshing and invigorating scent. The bathroom also had a heated towel rack, ensuring warm towels were always available.

The hotel's location is pretty good, with lots of snack stalls downstairs creating a lively atmosphere. Being on a higher floor, the view is quite nice. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was good too!

The hotel has convenient parking, the green road outside, the two banks of the river, the environment is beautiful, the cycling and walking are good, the Guo'en Temple is next to it, the room is clean and hygienic, so I will continue to live for more than one day.

I came here with my family during the New Year. The hotel is very unique and Zen. The villa I booked is very clean and tidy. There are two large hot springs. Although I use a card to add water, it is definitely enough. The breakfast environment is comfortable and the food is delicious. The staff is also very polite and works hard. They are responsive. The only thing is that the air conditioning and heating in the two twin rooms are slightly insufficient, and it feels not warm enough. I am satisfied with the whole experience.

Even more commendable were the room's smart features: electronic door locks, one-touch dialing, intelligent digital lighting, automatic curtains, and an anti-fog mirror in the bathroom, showcasing the convenience and human-centered design of technology. A large LCD TV paired with multimedia broadband internet made leisure time enjoyable. Furthermore, the hotel provides ample private parking and charging spaces, making it extremely convenient for drivers and electric vehicle owners. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering not only a rich buffet of Chinese and Western dishes, but also handmade rice noodle rolls, steaming hot soup, and freshly ground coffee—a perfect blend of rustic charm and high-quality dining, infusing the beautiful morning with vitality. In short, the Luoding Star Hotel perfectly embodies the philosophy of ”everything centered around you,” from the comfort of the environment and the smart technology of its facilities to the warmth of its service. This was definitely a stay that exceeded my expectations, and it will remain my top choice for my next trip to Luoding. Highly recommended!

The hotel boasts a great location, just a five-minute walk from Guoen Temple. The bedding was quite comfortable, and the room provided Elephant Nest mineral water for making tea, along with tea leaves produced in Elephant Nest – a definite plus. Due to a communication issue between the front desk and the linen staff, my room wasn't cleaned when I swiped my card to enter at 1 PM. Luckily, two people came quickly and cleaned it up, and it was done in no time. Kudos to that lady! 👍 Overall, it was a good hotel.

It can be said that it is the only choice. It is all homestays. It is not bad. It is not suitable for our elderly. The young people are very good. It is close to the scenic spot. We are outside the scenic spot, but the hotel is finally a hotel. Even the driver of the station is still helping us with our luggage, which is too much. The front desk lady also helped us upgrade the room, but this town and hot springs are not recommended, there are no people, many pools are not open, of course, it can't be soaked so much, so I can choose three or four to play

I chose this international hotel near Taide Plaza for my business trip to Luoding! The overall experience exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, close to the Shiniushan scenic area, making dining and shopping easy. The lobby is clean and elegant, the rooms are spacious, warmly decorated, and the details are very well done. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is spotless, and the toiletries are complete and easy to use. The hot water pressure is excellent, and the high-speed WiFi and air conditioning are very powerful. The front desk service is professional and efficient, proactively helping with luggage and patiently answering questions. The hygiene, service, environment, and value for money are all impeccable. I felt very comfortable during my stay and will definitely come back next time. I highly recommend it!
