GGuest UserHotel service is very good, the reception is warm and courteous, the room is clean, the facilities are complete, the comfort is five-star praise, I belong to the kind of bed that can not sleep and is afraid of noise, the room is very noise-proof, the bed is also very comfortable. I sleep until I wake up naturally. The hotel can be said to reach the star standard. Very satisfied!

GGuest UserThe environment here is fantastic. Lush greenery and vibrant flowers are tastefully arranged, and the architecture is in a modern Chinese style. Every step offers a new beautiful view. Many birds fly around, making it peaceful yet full of life. There are covered walkways for guests going to the hot springs, so you won't get wet if it rains.
The room facilities are comprehensive; there's a safe, a mini-fridge, tea, and an umbrella, all provided. Inside the hot springs area, there are plenty of fresh towels available for changing.
Service is excellent. The staff are all very enthusiastic. When we checked into our room and asked for an extra quilt, housekeeping immediately came to help us out and even asked if we wanted the quilt folded. When we requested two more bottles of water, housekeeping promptly delivered them, along with two small sodas.
While at the hot springs, my elderly family member, who isn't very agile, received incredibly warm assistance from staff member Zhao Shaofen. She helped the elder person get in and out of the pools, proactively brought tea and towels, and even walked slowly with them along the way, explaining the different hot springs.
This is a hotel worth revisiting many times over. I'd love to bring my whole company here for a team-building event! 😊😊

JJessicaCheong1) Triple room quit big, really enough for 3-4 persons.
2.) For the bathrooms, should do bit improvement for the cleanest especially should do moping floor (also inside the room floor), wash the bathtub when request to do the cleanest.
for all the shampoo, bath gel, conditional should check & fill-up, because we have 3 adults & 1 kid to stay for 6 nights in the same room.
3.) Centralized control the heating air flow for cool weather, should allow guest to adjust the temperature inside the room so that not too hot.
4.) Good to mentioned that this hotel had provide the washing machine & dryer for the guest convenient.
5.) Morning breakfasts are overall good for families.

I booked a triple deluxe room, which was spacious, bright, sunny, comfortable, and clean. It was on a high floor and the environment was quiet. After check-in, we were provided with complimentary buffet breakfast, laundry facilities, and parking. The lobby was clean and elegant, and the staff were all polite and welcoming. It was a very good stay experience.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean and sanitary, the supporting facilities are complete and new, and the accommodation environment is very good. I give it five points. But the activities on this trip were very average. There were originally two May Day activities for children to check in and make handicrafts. There was a small reward for completing the task, but we ran around with the printing cards but couldn't get the materials for coloring and making bracelets. The supermarket staff didn't tell us right away that we had to post on WeChat Moments to get them. They just told us to go to a studio that had paints for coloring, and gave us two boxes of something and two ropes. We thought they were materials for stringing beads, but they turned out not to be. The feeling is that it's so stingy. You stay in a hotel that costs more than a thousand dollars, but they don't even provide such small handicraft materials to make children happy, and they make the guests run around. As a result, the handicrafts are not made, and the hot spring bathing time is also delayed. It's a waste of feelings. The hot spring project is pretty good, but there are too many people. The water play facilities are average, and the wave pool is quite fun. There were really a lot of people going to Jinshuitai Hot Spring this time, and there were a lot of tourists. There are many farmhouses for eating around, and the prices are not cheap, a little bit more expensive. **Lots of group buying. But it tastes good!

I participated in the hotel's free hiking activity and tried to pick tea leaves by myself. The tour guide Sisi explained it attentively.
During the tea art performance, we also tasted black tea and green tea, and the tea brewers also explained it carefully.
Go to Yunquan Valley to soak in hot springs in the evening. There are many kinds of hot springs, the environment is very clean, and the temperature is very hot. Each one is a small spring, and you can chat while soaking.
What I like most is that the hotel is surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the air is very fresh, which is very suitable for relaxing during a short vacation.
The only drawback is that there are too few restaurants for dinner, and there are too many people at the breakfast buffet, which is acceptable if you don't have any requirements for food.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to stay in a space capsule homestay with my family. It was quite novel. The house had daylight on three sides. When I woke up and opened the curtains, I could see the green space and rural landscape all around. I felt cheerful, free and unrestrained. The service here was very meticulous and thoughtful. After arriving at the front desk, not only were flowers presented to us, but we could also eat local snacks for free, such as preserved plums, brown sugar ginger and other emerging preserved fruits.
Although this place has just started trial operation, the facilities are pretty good. They provide free tea-making, barbecue, Kung Fu tea and singing, which can solve our entertainment needs during our stay at the B&B. The boss not only provided breakfast, but also specially offered our family a vegetarian package to a nearby restaurant, a special gift. In the morning, we also accompanied our family to take a walk on the greenway, greenway and stream next to the Space Capsule B&B to absorb negative ions. We also strolled along the 1 km road to the celebrity village - Longshantang. This village has a ditch that flows from Zangfokeng and passes through the village, which is very poetic. There is also a large grassland next to the village where children can fly kites and the whole family can bask in the sun. In the afternoon, we went to Zangfokeng, 2 kilometers away from the space capsule. It is said that this is the place where the body of Huineng, the Sixth Patriarch, was kept intact for three months. The reputation is well-deserved. The air is very fresh and full of negative ions. You can also pray inside, praying for good weather, peace and prosperity in the country in the new year, and good health for your family members and everything goes well.
This was a very memorable and enjoyable journey. Like 👍
