The environment and service are very good, the swimming lanes are very clean, and the newly opened Forest Valley Hot Spring Center has many pools with different functions to choose from! The room is also very comfortable, highly recommended! ! ! Looking forward to going there next time.

酒店很新很漂亮，住的舒適，有温泉有長長的泳道，適合一家大小去玩，服務態度超級好，有問必答，温泉區很漂亮，有天空之境打卡一流👍，還有備用防曬帽子供旅客，還有花露水防蚊，服務員會温馨提示噴花露水，感受到窩心❤️，還有原來我預定的別墅房是沒有私家温泉池，然後酒店給我免費升級帶泡池的房間👍，酒店還會送貼心的小水果，暖心🥰總之是一次很好的體驗，值得再次跟朋友去玩！

房間很乾凈，泳池很乾凈，温泉很乾凈，室內温泉池也很乾凈。很享受的地方，早上泡温泉，中午逛鹿苑，下午去游泳。小孩子的天堂，晚上別野區散步。早餐很好，中餐很好，晚餐燒烤也更好。是合適親子，朋友聚會的好地方。在裏面滿滿的休閑兩天完全沒問題。服務員態度也很好，專屬管家也很好。温泉池也不錯。裏面的親親魚池很好玩。靠近水庫的5個温泉真值得泡，悠閑得不想起來。老婆因為特殊原因，泡不了。前台一開始不給進，後面經過後麪溝通，還是給進來了，為酒店的前台服務點贊。也希望這個事別批評前台。好地方其實是可以分享的。希望酒店大方點，以後能准許家屬也進去一起聊聊天

喜歡房間裝修，很簡單!但是真的真温馨，房間通風也很不錯，感覺很舒服，環境衞生好，房間的隔音也不錯，我那麼淺睡的人都可以睡得很舒服，服務態度一如既往地好，酒店還安排了管家，她們會很快速地處理你的問題，辦事效率高，管家妍妍服務熱情。我推建大家一定要去嘗試一下附近的餐廳，非常好吃。總體非常滿意，好評好評!!!

環境不錯，泳道也很贊，房間環境整體乾淨， 出門即是泳道 跟宣傳圖片幾乎無差異 別墅區很大 有提供各種水上充氣玩具 還有闖關遊戲 簡直就是小孩子的天堂 早餐品類豐盛 服務人員態度很好

第一次過來，感覺還是不錯的。前台的小姐姐很有禮貌，入住的時候也很認真細心的告訴我們設施的使用方法，環境比較新，網紅泳道下樓就是了。小孩子也比較喜歡。非常不錯的一次體驗。

新開的祕境，很好，房間也很衞生，人比旁邊的悦天下要少。雖然在預訂的時候有些小插曲，但是前台甘經理很負責，很耐心，管家妍妍服務也很好。
