Guest UserThis hotel is a real jewel.
It's good that we have discovered this wonderful place.
The hotel is all furnished so lovely that you feel comfortable from the 1st minute.
In the evening there is the possibility of a romantic dinner on the terrace with a great wine card and a great dinner. Absolutely 4 stars worth it.

The location is very good, in the old town, near the new bridge, the attractions are all around, there are good restaurants nearby, cheap and delicious.
The room meets the European four-star standard and is acceptable. There is a chair in the room with a desk. WIFI is poor. Sound insulation is not good, but fortunately there are few rooms, and it is relatively scattered, which has little impact on sleeping at night.

I really loved this hotel! It's beautifully decorated, and the rooms are spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful, and the service was exceptionally friendly and warm. The hotel's location is also fantastic; you can walk to Ronda's New Bridge in under 10 minutes, and the scenery along the way is stunning. It's also just a few minutes' walk to the bus station. Ronda is beautiful both in the morning and evening, definitely worth staying to soak it all in!

After a few years, we returned to the hotel we always avoided when visiting Ronda. The previous time, the bathroom flooded, but these things happen, and they resolved it quickly. This time, after checking in in the afternoon and going upstairs to rest, we discovered the TV wasn't working. We called reception, and they didn't seem to appreciate it. One of the two receptionists came up twice trying to fix it and changing the antenna cable—well, that was normal enough. But in the end, I had to go back down because they wouldn't let me change rooms. When I went downstairs, there were several people ahead of me, so I waited for them to finish. The receptionist asked me what I wanted, and I told him I was waiting for a room change. He said I had to wait because there were other guests waiting to check in. I told him I had waited, and frankly, the man wasn't very lucky. It was the first time in my life I'd been rudely told off in a hotel. He was even rather sarcastic and lacked the tact for someone in his position. It's true that I wasn't very tactful, and I answered back, leading to a heated argument, but you can't treat a customer that badly. There are other ways. The hotel is fine, centrally located, and we had no complaints, but frankly, the guy wasn't very tactful. When we checked out, the same people were there again; they just rushed through the process and that was it. A simple apology (which I would have accepted and which was reciprocated) would have sufficed. They need to be more careful about this.

The biggest surprise of this southern trip is this hotel. The introduction on Trip.com did not mention any of its advantages. It took ten minutes to drive from Longda Old Town all the way, and the navigation took me to a plain without any buildings. Looking out of the closed old iron gate, there was no shadow of the hotel, a forest, barren. There is a front desk phone at the door, the front desk remotely opens the door, and then there is another door. The hotel is just like this hidden cabin in the forest. The rooms are separate cabins, each with a terrace. It used to be a private hunting territory. You can cook by yourself. The hotel's meal is also good and the price is not expensive. Peacocks walk around, scattered courtyards like paradise. Two large outdoor pools. My first ever close and comfortable encounter with nature. Love it! You must drive here.

It is a kind of haciënda quite far outside Ronda on a beautiful place! We had a room on the 2nd floor with private terrace. There is no lift. View of the beautiful glowing landscape with horses nearby. The swimming pool (unheated) is a bit away. Really a superbe location all together. Breakfast available for € 16 pp. You can also have dinner and a drink.
Check-in is only from 15.00. It was not possible before.

Location is OK. The parking lot is not far away, the hotel front desk is very patient to draw pictures to explain the location. Hotel pays. 15 euros. The bathroom is large and clean. Breakfast is average, but there is no door outside. Relatively good. The price is OK.

A magnificent hotel with a superb location near Ronda's main attraction—a stunning bridge and the depth of a breathtaking gorge. It features a restaurant with a stunning view. The hotel's stay with friendly staff was a truly unforgettable experience. The train station is a 13-minute walk away. The room was comfortable, beautiful, and spacious, with a stunning view. Thank you very much!
