"The accommodation itself is very good!!! The facilities and location were all satisfactory, and the cafe on the first floor was especially great! However, please never upgrade to a full view... I paid extra for a full view, but it was a parking lot view.... When I complained, asking what kind of full view this was, they said that it was correct in the category;;; The male employee who told me this was also really rude. It was hard to believe that he was a hotelier. However, the female employee who guided me was very kind. The pool is also very small, and to see it, you have to go out to the terrace and tilt your head. If it's a full view, my house has a view of the Han River;;;;"

Regarding the staff, my daughter Valeria wants to say that Lidia is a wonderful and very attentive woman. She always has a smile, and that's not just because it's her job, but because she's a person. We'll be doing it again next year for the 101st Legion celebration."

"No hot water in the shower. The guests I spoke had the same experience. Every review is talking about this and it seems this is a problem which is there for a long time. The restaurant was coosed. They only open it when enough guests. So when you expect to have some amenities at the place, there are non. The breakfast was nice, but full of flies. There is peakock poop everywhere. The water in the pool is freezing cold The city of Ronda is not so closeby. To the parking spot is about 15-17min. Overall I would not recommend the place. Beautiful but very bad service and no hot water for ages. "

"This hotel is in a great location, near the New Bridge of Ronda, but the name is similar to that of a hotel near the New Bridge. We were directed to the underground garage by the navigation system. This hotel does not have many rooms, but the facilities are very good, with a kitchen, front and back terraces. If you want to stay a few days in Ronda, it is a good choice. The garage is on the left side of the hotel. The hotel will give you the key. When you check out, just leave the room card and key at the front desk. There are many restaurants nearby."

"A dreadful place which was not as described. No one on site. No hot water. The cistern for the WC was faulty and to be operated by lifting the lid off to reposition the float. The TV did not work as it seemed to have no signal connected. The so called swimming pool was like a septic tank and was an obvious health hazard as it swarmed with flies."
