The moment I opened the room door, I was immediately impressed! The bed was clean, thick, and came with soft, plush pillows – it felt amazing to just collapse onto it after a long journey. The large window, with its pristine white curtains and sheers, framed a charming armchair and coffee table set in the corner of the room. I left the curtains open all night, allowing for a clear city view. The service was incredibly prompt, and the staff were very responsive and efficient. My request for an extra pillow, due to my back pain, was immediately fulfilled. What I had anticipated from an Aston group hotel, and indeed, what I found at Harper Hotel Wahid Hasyim by Aston, was a diverse and delicious breakfast spread. While perhaps not as extensive as some larger Aston hotels, for a hotel of its class, HARPER HOTEL BY ASTON IS THE BEST!! The hospitality of every hotel employee was also incredibly satisfying! Friendly, full of smiles, and helpful! It's absolutely great! As a tour operator, I highly recommend this hotel.

Enjoy staying . Room is spacious and clean. Variety of breakfast better then JW Marriott which we stay 2 night before. Was a outsourced spa centre at Ground floor out from lift. Newly open about 5 months. For myself not that recommended as the therapist yet to well trained. I can’t enjoy the massage while the therapist never ask for pressure and proper drape you lol.

Room was clean and with full amenities , it's right next to Centre Point Mall Medan, also not far from Sun Plaza Mall and Delipark Mall, breakfast was good as well, but meh....unlucky me that have to experience earthquake aftershock today :(

Close to one of the largest mall in town Restaurants, bars and convenience store nearby. Staff were quick to resolve a problem with the room. More than expected unofficially gluten free option at breakfast.

Located in the heart of Medan, Kama Hotel is very easy to access, especially if you arrive by airport train. As a solo traveller, I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is affordable, the staff are friendly, and the location is convenient for exploring the city. The best part for me was the Dopio Coffee at the lobby, where you can enjoy a great taste of authentic Medan coffee. Highly recommended for solo travellers and families looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in Medan.

Had a really nice stay at Aryaduta Medan. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the food was really good. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back!
