What truly made the experience unforgettable was the thoughtful complimentary arrangement they made for a birthday celebration. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip.

GGuest UserI reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. DDavid L TexasThe room was clean and comfortable but I had few unpleasant experiences at this hotel. Firstly, there was a group party playing loud music on the same floor that I was staying and woke me up around 2AM. Also on the day of checkout, the computer system was down and they had me wait ~30 minutes to verify if I had taken breakfasts or dinner at the hotel restaurant. I told them my reservation included breakfasts and I had one dinner buffet and can pay cash for it. For some reasons they insisted on waiting for the system to come back but it was getting late for my flight. They can careless and was going through all guests paper receipts to no avail. Finally they want to charge me for 3 dinners but I said I only stayed for two nights & was ridiculous to charge me for 3 dinners. I got fed up and walked towards the uber driver that was waiting for me. One guy chased me down and told me to wait for their manager to show up. Long story short, I had never experienced anything like this, it was ridiculous to say the least.

LLiowThe stay was fine, you can taste great food at the ground floor restaurant and just a stone throw from the nearest Phoenix mall and airport. Room rate is reasonable but Aircon is too cold at times.
