This hotel is my favorite hotel in Italy for 15 days of free travel. I stayed here for three days. I like Bolzano very much. I recommend this hotel to you. It has a kind of strict management and meticulous service. The products used in washing and cleaning and the jams used for breakfast ingredients and various cereals seem to be A farm series. All in all very good.

Peaceful Nick房間沒有陽台，並且是對着街景的，和宣傳的照片完全不符合😡😡
我們是當天下午1:00入店的，相當於是當天最早能check in的時間，酒店和我們説這個雙人房的房型，有的是有山景，有的有陽台，有的沒山景，有的沒陽台，而他們衹剩下沒山景和沒陽台的房型給我們了😡😡😡這簡直是最差的房間，甚至我們旁邊的房間，雖然是街景，還好歹有個陽台。
説是因為有山景，有陽台的那些好的房間全部被住完了，都是前一天晚上就續住的客人。
真是離譜，我就是奔着能看到山景，有陽台的房型才訂的這個酒店，這酒店在博爾扎諾這個城市裡麪要多2000一晚，而且衹有18平米！！很貴了！我就是想看窗景，有陽台才定的！！
我在多洛米蒂。核心的小鎮子上有一個超大的陽台，超大的窗景和超大的套房才2000多
當然攜程後續的處理讓人滿意，攜程客服的反饋速度很快，補償也讓我們感到滿意。👍👍
可是這家酒店本身反饋很拉垮。酒店前台跟我們説，如果我們想要有陽台有窗景，就要花1300多塊錢升級房型，酒店本身沒有辦法對我們拿到這種最差的房間有任何的補償

The location is excellent and very convenient, with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants nearby. The facilities are quite good and new. I stayed for three consecutive nights. Although it stated that there was no housekeeping, I called the hotel for two consecutive days to inquire about some matters, but no one answered. So, it's more like a self-catering apartment than a full-service hotel, so you need to be prepared for that.

Lovely traditional hotel and very helpful staff. 2-minute walk away from the Bolzano railway station. Very convenient for taking early train. The staff are very helpful. My rental car got a flat tire near the hotel and it's after office hour. The hotel staff made a lot of calls to finally find a tow truck to help me return the car to rental company. Really appreciate their efforts.
可爱的传统酒店和非常乐于助人的员工。2分钟步行到波尔扎诺火车站，乘早班火车很方便。工作人员都很乐于助人。我租来的车在酒店附近爆胎了，而且当时已经过了上班时间。酒店工作人员打了很多电话，终于找到一辆拖车帮我把车还给租赁公司。非常感谢他们的努力。

房間不大，但基礎設施都有，乾淨整潔，位置很好，離博爾扎諾主教堂很近，附近餐廳購物等都很方便，作為遊覽多洛米蒂的中轉休息站可以。但是房間淋浴熱水需要改善，10月已經很冷了，洗澡時淋浴水温不夠，凍感冒了，第二晚直接不敢洗澡。
