GGuest UserVery good landlord, warmly introduced the room facilities, is a room similar to a single apartment, there is a public space to use, but also provides delicious drinks and snacks, very good. The only puzzle is that the room on the shelf is called a quadruple room. We thought it was a twin room. We only knew that it was a single bed when we arrived, but there was a combed bed that could be used and an extra fee was required. It is a bit away from the station. It is very inconvenient to drag the suitcase on the road. Fortunately, there is a transportation card provided by the landlord when you leave. You can take the car to the train station.

1. The front desk is very responsible, forgot to reply to the email and let Trip.com customer service remind me of the check-in time, and the check-in attitude is also super good.
2. The room is clean and tidy and spacious, three people, two rooms, two beds are enough, and the bathroom is very bright.
3. The front desk of the hotel is on the second floor and there is a free toilet on the first floor, so I have to stay at the hotel. No matter whether I check out or not, I know that the password of the entry can come in and go to the toilet for free. This is really touching in Europe.
4. The only small drawback is that it is a little far from the train station, and there is a 15-20 minute away with luggage~

我們是當天下午1:00入店的，相當於是當天最早能check in的時間，酒店和我們説這個雙人房的房型，有的是有山景，有的有陽台，有的沒山景，有的沒陽台，而他們衹剩下沒山景和沒陽台的房型給我們了😡😡😡這簡直是最差的房間，甚至我們旁邊的房間，雖然是街景，還好歹有個陽台。
説是因為有山景，有陽台的那些好的房間全部被住完了，都是前一天晚上就續住的客人。
真是離譜，我就是奔着能看到山景，有陽台的房型才訂的這個酒店，這酒店在博爾扎諾這個城市裡麪要多2000一晚，而且衹有18平米！！很貴了！我就是想看窗景，有陽台才定的！！
我在多洛米蒂。核心的小鎮子上有一個超大的陽台，超大的窗景和超大的套房才2000多
當然攜程後續的處理讓人滿意，攜程客服的反饋速度很快，補償也讓我們感到滿意。👍👍
可是這家酒店本身反饋很拉垮。酒店前台跟我們説，如果我們想要有陽台有窗景，就要花1300多塊錢升級房型，酒店本身沒有辦法對我們拿到這種最差的房間有任何的補償

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, I was worried about the distance, but it was actually good. I didn't take the bus, navigated and walked over, and I could accept the distance. The hotel is clean and clean, there are supermarkets and fruit supermarkets at the door, there are many restaurants, and the taste is good. Give the bus card. Very Nice, will come again next time.

AAnonymous UserLovely traditional hotel and very helpful staff. 2-minute walk away from the Bolzano railway station. Very convenient for taking early train. The staff are very helpful. My rental car got a flat tire near the hotel and it's after office hour. The hotel staff made a lot of calls to finally find a tow truck to help me return the car to rental company. Really appreciate their efforts.
可爱的传统酒店和非常乐于助人的员工。2分钟步行到波尔扎诺火车站，乘早班火车很方便。工作人员都很乐于助人。我租来的车在酒店附近爆胎了，而且当时已经过了上班时间。酒店工作人员打了很多电话，终于找到一辆拖车帮我把车还给租赁公司。非常感谢他们的努力。
