Siena Hotels with Breakfast

The homestay is on the hillside, the scenery is good, the facilities are good, the layout is very tasteful, the classical style. The air conditioner is not hot, and it is solved after communication. Very good hotel, just ordering breakfast is a bit troublesome. It is necessary to order the night before, and the English menu is a bit hard.

This hotel is very bad. I booked breakfast with breakfast, but I didn’t give me a breakfast coupon. I went to the designated place to eat breakfast. The restaurant staff said that I needed a breakfast coupon, but the hotel staff did not take the initiative to give it to me. This is very bad. You can't treat guests like this!

Located in Siena's Old Town, the hotel boasts a superb location. The 7th-floor observation deck is a fantastic spot for watching the sunset. It's easily walkable to all the must-see attractions in the Old Town, and the hotel is quiet and safe. It has its own parking lot, which is very convenient.

Everyone will have a dream to live in a palace or a castle at some point. If you want to experience such a dream, it's not a bad choice here. It wouldn't be a problem if you could enjoy the loneliness, despair, and stillness of being alone in a large space. If you can't imagine, imagine sleeping in the middle of the gym overnight. The facilities provide the bare minimum. The beds are not bad, either. But there are not many feelings of living that people can live. It's the biggest regret there. It's easy to go anywhere because it's in the center of major tourist attractions. However, if you don't have enough leg muscles and heart power, you may be afraid to go outside. If you experience your own physical limitations during the day and are thinking of fighting solitude at night, it's not a bad choice.

Excellent location within the ZLT of the Siena city, the hotel can make sure your license plate is registered on arrival if you need to drive to the hotel so you can avoid the ZLT fines. Hotel also provide onsite parking for €35 per night, otherwise there’s a public car park outside of the ZLT which is about 10mins walk away. Only within 5-10mins walk of the Piazza del Campo. Only downside for the room was the shower head was a little faulty but was still usable.

The hotel was great, its location is nearby the Termini you can walk to the station for only 10 minutes. Room provided clean bedsheets, it's a bit old style look but at least it is clean. The only downside is the electrcity plug, I only encountered one to charge my phone. Please add more plugs.

For casual browsing, it’s manageable, but don’t expect high-speed performance. The service was satisfactory—staff were polite and responsive, though not overly warm or proactive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and basic requests were handled efficiently. Overall, this hotel is a good pick for those prioritizing affordability and clean, spacious rooms. However, if you value proximity to the city, robust Wi-Fi, or a stellar breakfast, you might want to consider other options.

Conveniently located hotel that is 15 minute walking distance from old Siena. There is paid private parking. The free breakfast is great, with a decent assortment. Rooms are very simple, but this is a small town and should be expected. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the old town.

Close to the train station to the convenience, but a little distance from the city center ～ Old-fashioned villa called B&B, but even a decent kitchen is not big. The room is large. There is no sun. The cold and humid balcony is useless. The TV and air conditioning can't work at night. The temperature is 4 degrees but there is no heating. A small electric heater the size of a small fan is basically useless ～ The overall price is not high. The owner of the private homestay hotel I have stayed in this time is very economical. The hotel is located right in the center and it’s very easy to walk around day and night. I visited in winter and the hotel staff told me where to find free parking outside of the walls. It’s under 15min walk. In Summer probably a nightmare with the car. Room and bed are spacious, very basic. But I need to mention the breakfast was the WORST I’ve had in my life. Ever! It was some packaged biscuits, a lot of different type of spread, all in individual packaging. The other guest couldn’t even finish his coffee, because it was so bad. It’s better not to have anything.
