QusheyoudaoThe hotel is located on a hillside next to the train station, with a good environment. If you want to go to the cathedral in the city, you can take a taxi for 14 euros. It's still a bit far to walk there, but it doesn't seem very convenient to take a taxi back in Siena. The hotel facilities are relatively old, but still quite comfortable. The service at the front desk is very enthusiastic. Breakfast needs to be ordered in advance in the evening, and the taste is good.

This hotel is very bad. I booked breakfast with breakfast, but I didn’t give me a breakfast coupon. I went to the designated place to eat breakfast. The restaurant staff said that I needed a breakfast coupon, but the hotel staff did not take the initiative to give it to me. This is very bad. You can't treat guests like this!

Guest UserFirst of all, the service is very good. The front desk is super welcoming. It is the most enthusiastic hotel I have stayed at in Italy in two years. Seeing that I am a foreigner and I always communicate very slowly in English, I said that I can speak Italian with me, and then the waiter hurriedly I am sorry, and then answered my question patiently. The public environment is very artistic and retro. There is a garden outside. It is comfortable to sit on the sofa in the garden at night. The room is comfortable and the facilities are complete. The only shortcoming is that the breakfast is not. It’s made now, it feels like it was bought in the supermarket and eaten directly, and there are fewer varieties, overall it’s not bad, after all, the house price is relatively low, it’s good value for money 😁

Very, very good! I looked at the pictures on Ctrip before and felt it was very ordinary. I was very surprised after checking in. Because I stayed for three consecutive nights, the triple room I booked was upgraded to a suite with two bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, which was huge. The view outside the room window is very beautiful. See Figures 1 to 4 outside the living room window, Figure 5 is the view of the public area, and Figure 6 is the living room. This suite cannot be booked online, but can be booked by email or phone. It is really worth it and highly recommended!
The hotel is located just outside the gate of Siena. If you drive by yourself, the ZTL in the city cannot be driven in, so it is very convenient to stay in this hotel. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the city gate and more than ten minutes to walk to Piazza del Campo. The hotel has parking spaces, which need to be paid separately.

The quality ratio to the price is great, very clean, friendly and very helpful service. Parking is free and there is a lot of space on it. We went to Siena from the hotel and I highly recommend - we could see places we wouldn't normally get to.

DandanThe hotel room was tiny and quite expensive. They actually told us that because our room category was lower, it didn't come with a kettle or coffee packets. The balcony was huge, but completely useless – no table or chairs, and no umbrella. We paid extra for a balcony room, but it was absolutely pointless!
There was only one chair in the room, so when two of us were in there, one person always had to sit on the bed. There was no coffee table, so making tea or having a drink meant everything had to be on the same surface. Extremely inconvenient.
The location is excellent, right next to a bus stop, making transportation very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby, so dining options are plentiful.

Conveniently located hotel that is 15 minute walking distance from old Siena. There is paid private parking. The free breakfast is great, with a decent assortment. Rooms are very simple, but this is a small town and should be expected. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the old town.

Close to the train station to the convenience, but a little distance from the city center ～ Old-fashioned villa called B&B, but even a decent kitchen is not big. The room is large. There is no sun. The cold and humid balcony is useless. The TV and air conditioning can't work at night. The temperature is 4 degrees but there is no heating. A small electric heater the size of a small fan is basically useless ～ The overall price is not high. The owner of the private homestay hotel I have stayed in this time is very economical. It can save and save. For example, this small electric heater is not prompted when the boss is staying. It looks like a small table in the corner. When the fan checked out, he said that you were cold at night. This can be warmed. I can't cry and laugh.

The best selling point is that it is close to the center of Siena. Please note that you should not arrive late. It took me a while to buy a bus ticket to the center of Siena at the shop at Siena station and find that the bus stop is across the 200m road to the left. It was a short walk from the bus stop in central Siena to the hotel.

The hotel is located right in the center and it’s very easy to walk around day and night. I visited in winter and the hotel staff told me where to find free parking outside of the walls. It’s under 15min walk. In Summer probably a nightmare with the car.
Room and bed are spacious, very basic. But I need to mention the breakfast was the WORST I’ve had in my life. Ever! It was some packaged biscuits, a lot of different type of spread, all in individual packaging. The other guest couldn’t even finish his coffee, because it was so bad. It’s better not to have anything.
