I was really satisfied with this hotel! Basic English communication was fine, the environment was great, and the 7th-floor terrace offered fantastic views. There are fireworks every Saturday at American Village, and you can watch the show directly from the balcony of rooms facing American Village. The restaurant was also very good, and I loved the towel basket in the room – a huge plus for me! Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back!

This resort hotel is incredibly comfortable. We stayed in the main building, which has direct access to the beach from the ground floor. They provide towels and sand toys for kids right by the entrance; just rinse everything off and return it when you're done. Front Desk Lobby: The staff are very friendly and speak both English and Chinese, so communication was easy. The lobby also offers complimentary drinks, coffee, and popsicles. It was a great way to cool down after a long day out. Room: We had a family ocean-view room, which was very spacious and featured a balcony overlooking the sea, perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets. The room came with disposable slippers and even a pair of slippers that could be worn out of the hotel to the beach. Housekeeping: You don't need daily in-room cleaning. Just place used towels and trash outside your door, and they'll replace them with fresh ones daily. I thought this was great as it offered more privacy. Breakfast: I have to praise the breakfast – it was incredibly comprehensive! All the local Okinawan delicacies were there: seafood donburi, Okinawan ramen, oden, my favorite taco rice, and even BLUE Seal ice cream. One breakfast left us feeling completely energized! Location: From the airport, take the airport shuttle heading towards American Village and get off at 'Chunaga Gate.' It's right across from Aeon Mall, and the hotel is less than a 10-minute walk away. There are many small shops nearby, making it a great area to explore at night. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is superb, right next to American Village and very close to the beach. The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided great service. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of options. The only downsides were a slightly strange smell in the room and the fact that rooms facing the road could be noisy due to passing traffic.

Facilities: The hotel offers coin-operated washing machines (300 JPY per wash), but thankfully, the dryer is free. Perhaps due to its seaside location, the hotel corridors and room corridors are just bare concrete, with no decoration. Cleanliness: The room has a wet/dry separation, and the shower area is great – spacious with a unique showerhead. Environment: It's very close to the sea, so you can go for a swim anytime. It's also near American Village, making it convenient for both dining and beach activities. Service: At check-in, the front desk informed us that housekeeping is only provided for guests staying 3 nights or more consecutively. They also don't change trash bags during your stay unless you specifically ask for them. For example, I had to ask the front desk for three bottles of mineral water on my second day. Overall, the service wasn't overly enthusiastic, but it wasn't bad either. Summary: The price isn't particularly cheap, but I was quite satisfied with the three beds, which were large enough for us with kids, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the room lighting is a bit dim at night. Four stars for the sea view.

My friend and I took the hostel bunk bed room style. It's affordable, about usd20-25/night. Each room has 4 bunk beds ie. can stay up to 8 people. The room is clean, the bed is quite spacious for 1 person to use. Comes with a small cabinet with built in lock to keep your valuables. Also space to put a small luggage and counter top to put some accessories eg. phone, book, etc. Their shower and toilet is also clean and well managed. Location is just 10min slow walk to American Village, while it's away from the busy crowd. Parking is just opposite. JPY400 for overnight, which I find it very reasonable. Hotel has parking lots too, but it charges JPY550/day with unlimited in/out throughout the stay.

The facilities are quite old overall; the faucets and air conditioning units are dated. However, it's generally clean and hygienic. There's also a paid hot spring across the street. The breakfast selection is extensive, with options for children and baby food, making it very suitable for families with kids. For services, there's a clown show and a children's sand painting activity in the evening, along with late-night ramen. As for the location, our room had a beautiful view of the evening fireworks. A taxi to the airport costs between 170-200 RMB, and there's also an airport shuttle available for booking via QR code at the front desk. The beach is just a two-minute walk away.

Grand Mercure Okinawa Zanpa Beach truly impressed us with its spacious, comfortable rooms and stunning ocean views. The well-equipped swimming pool and other facilities make it an ideal choice for family trips. The friendly and attentive staff further enhanced our stay, making it a thoroughly satisfying experience.

Hello! This is the best hotel in my life, because it is spacious, very clean, and most importantly, has a beautiful sea view. We stayed in a large room. Despite the high humidity, there was a dehumidifier and an air conditioner, which created an excellent microclimate. The room hygiene was amazing — they cleaned every other day. The room had everything we needed (except for an iron, but that’s a minor detail). We had a room with a sea view. The sea was visible not only from the balcony but also from the bathroom. That was simply amazing. We had breakfast at the hotel. The price was justified. Everything was very tasty, with a large variety. We went to a neighboring beach for swimming, but sometimes we also swam near the hotel. Yomitan is a very quiet place, without unnecessary noise. Necessary shops are nearby. It’s a pity that many places close early, but again, that’s a minor issue. We didn’t have a car, but we managed — we took the bus. A couple of times we went to the American Village. It took about 30–40 minutes. We also took a tour around the island, including the aquarium. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you very much for your hospitality! We hope to come back.

One word that describes my stay here “ phenomenal “ the location is very near to restaurants supermarkets parks , clinics & mall. very convenient and accessible to any transportation. walking distance also to araha beach .
