GGuest UserFor the price, I expected a bit more. The food and onsen were good, and the service was very good. However, the room felt off, it was warm in autumn, the air purifier looks not premium, and when I checked whether I could open the window, I noticed the upper window frame was quite dusty. There were also no additional amenities provided. For this price point, in this area and on a non-touristy date, I think it could have been better.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very quiet and the scenery is beautiful. When I first ate, I asked to choose a pair of dumplings. I didn't expect that the next day I was still the pair of dumplings. The small details made people feel the meticulous quality service. The dining is also very attentive. The exquisite meal and the process of full ritual make us enjoy the joy of food. The waiter also made the unfinished salmon parent-child rice into a rice ball with lotus leaves and sent it to the room. It was so intimate and worth going again.

NNuonuokafei非常好，值得入住！請攜程管家預約的上諏訪站的接站，工作人員開着阿爾法來接站了，特別幸運的是工作人員會中文，從接站那一刻優質周到細緻的服務就開始了，我是看日本旅遊博主住這個酒店訂的，入住到房間後會有歡迎甜點，房間全部面湖，對工作人員説想參觀旁邊的迎賓館和菊之間立即就安排了，又給了千人風呂的門票，旁邊就是小美術館和片倉館，片倉館外面洋式裏面和式，買門票參觀，千人風呂是對外營業的大温泉浴場，外立面華麗的洋式建築1928年建成，為大眾提供温泉服務，千人風呂當年很壯觀現在看起來並不大，對外800多日元一個人，中午二樓有食堂提供簡餐。過馬路就是諏訪湖，有觀光船。訂的一泊二食，晚餐西式，非常好，餐比我之前住的羅萊夏朵扉温泉明神館的強太多太多了，品質優良口味很好非常用心的一餐。每間房都有湖景風呂，有簾可調節，外面看不到的，温泉二十四小時流動，水質好，方便多次浸泡温泉，泡完很舒服。早餐有日式和西式，我選的西式非常棒，吃完元氣滿滿的一天。温店的缺點是在路邊，晚上有噪音，白天不吵，窗簾不遮光，室內拖鞋最好再放一雙新的棉質拖鞋，但優質完美的接待完全可以彌補，十一點退房後有房間號牌燙上名字贈送，讓人很驚喜然後又送去車站，並耐心周到地幫我存了行李，諏訪神社有四個交通不便我逛了車站對面超市一對比盒馬簡直就是垃圾，質次價高二樓有松本清，但不免税。在這個酒店每次無意提到的細節都會被照顧到，我這次住了十幾個酒店，有老字號輕井澤萬平、赤倉觀光酒店、有新崛起的fufu品牌輕井澤靜養之森，相比這裏的服務都是最優秀的，扉温泉明神館差評，餐食非常差。
