Hotel Beniya

The hotel is very spacious, standard hotel-style hotel. The best thing is the hot spring on the top floor of the main building, the view is amazing! There are many types of breakfast, Japanese style, the presentation is beautiful and you can eat it all.

The staff lacks international exposure and provides poor service and attitude towards foreign tourists.

It was clean and very nice. Breakfast was very delicious. I enjoyed being able to taste and compare local miso.

I stayed in two room types. The front desk helped me arrange a room on the first night and asked me to leave my luggage in the room the next day. It was very worry-free and convenient. The rooms in the annex are quite old, but the price is low. The lake view rooms in the main building have first-class views! You can enjoy the breakfast hot springs as well. The breakfast tastes very good and the hot spring view is the best. Take an electronic questionnaire and some candies. There is a geyser next to it, and it is only a 12-minute walk from Kamisuwa Station. All in all, very satisfied!

附樓是舊館，房間比較舊，但可用本館14樓的浴場。一整個諏訪湖進入眼簾， 好靚好享受寫意。另外洒店有幾班shuttle到車站, 早上離開不用拖行李。

性價比很高，温泉很棒

ロケーション、ホテルの設備、朝食、すべて良かったです。お勧めのホテルですね。しいて言うなら露天風呂が外ですが周りに囲いがしてあり景色が見れなかったのは残念ですが。

I'm a smoker. My only complaint is that there is only one smoking area outside. It's a 14-story building, so it would be nice if they could at least provide a smoking area on the middle floor.

As expected, the facilities and atmosphere are on a different level than a business hotel.The large public bath on the top floor is clean and has a great view.Since you don't have to go out, you can have dinner with your family at the Italian restaurant on the first floor. I didn't have high expectations as it was also a buffet venue, but I was very satisfied with the unexpectedly wonderful taste and each dish was of the quality of a famous restaurant in Tokyo.
