MMomojayThe seat is very close to the ancient city, and the front desk is very enthusiastic. If I ask, they will tell me where the parking fee system is. However, I was given a ticket after I exceeded the time, and they were also very enthusiastic to help deal with it! Worth recommending!

AAnonymous UserThe overall experience was good, but we did have some trouble getting in and out of the parking lot. I encountered a problem when I was preparing to leave the parking lot on the first day. The system did not lift the barrier. I went to the front desk to inquire, but the receptionist was very busy and had almost no time to take care of me. After asking a simple question, I didn't dare to bother them anymore and had to stand by and wait for a long time. There was a friend and his child waiting in the car, so I had no choice but to ask again. The other party told me to drive to the gate and they would lift the barrier remotely. But I did as instructed and the gate still didn't respond. So I went back to the front desk for help (the front desk was busy and the phone couldn't be reached, so I had to ask in person), and this time the other party said they would help me lift the pole. I drove again and finally got out successfully. The whole process took at least half an hour. I thought it was just an isolated incident, but I encountered the same problem again the next day. This time I called for help and they said they would lift the pole later, but after they hung up I tried again and again without success. I plucked up the courage to call again and the person on the other end asked me if I had tried it before. I explained that I had tried it many times, and then she said she would contact Unipark and then hung up. After waiting for a while, a staff member came over. Although he didn't speak English, I understood what he meant through gestures - he asked me to turn around and take the staff passage. Finally left successfully

GGuest UserMy recent stay at Kaunas City Hotel was okay overall, but there were a few noticeable downsides. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful during check-in. However, the biggest issue was the noise insulation between rooms. I could clearly hear conversations, TV sounds, and even footsteps from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. While the hotel has some positive aspects, such as free parking in the heart of the Kaunas City, the lack of soundproofing really impacted my experience. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best choice. With some improvements in this area, it could be a much better stay. For now, it was just average.
