CCarolina LanVery good, very satisfied, very clean, tidy, comfortable and professional, the bed is very comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows have a beautiful view.
The public area is elegant and the elevator goes directly to the underground mall, which is very convenient.
The area where it is located, San Pedro, is also very safe and clean. Recommended, I will stay here again next time I go to Monterrey on a business trip.

AAnonymous UserVery very recommended this hotel, the first two nights in another hotel experience is not good, the last night decided to change to here, very satisfied, the hotel staff service is good, the room is very comfortable, all kinds of facilities are complete, travel is convenient, there are places to eat nearby, the scenery outside the window is also very good

GGuest UserLocated 5 minutes away from downtown Monterrey and right by a medical center, this hotel has a lot to offer. I was here for an eye exam and it was such a convenience staying right next to the center. Instead of going out for something to eat, I was able to Uber Eats the food to the hotel. Front desk is very accommodating and friendly. Room is clean. I would definitely stay again!

GGaowanboThe hotel staff speaks Spanish! The self-service American breakfast is okay, you can eat whatever you want (fruit/milk/bread/coffee/tea bags/cake). There is a 711 small supermarket within 200 meters, and there is a Herb supermarket and shopping center 1 kilometer away.

HHuzilvxingIt's a bit far from the city center. The airport bus at night can only go to the city center and then take a taxi there. The room is big and quiet. The bed was also large and comfortable. Plenty of hot water
