Monterrey Hotels with Breakfast

The price of hotels in Mexico has increased significantly. Except that it is more expensive than in previous years, there is nothing wrong with the hotel. The facilities and services are very good, and the breakfast is quite rich. The surrounding area is a little far from the shopping mall. Because it was night, I didn't go for a walk alone.

The room is very , house keeper is very good. The hotel have washing machines and drying machines that very convenient for me.

The hotel is old but it’s fine. The worst part is the front desk service, I have been sending mails to push them correct the mistake on the invoice they sent but the result is still wrong. When I called them directly to explained what I need, the front desk hang up the phone without giving solution. This is totally a service disaster for the Four Point brand and I don’t think anyone deserves the attitude and service 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The bed is very comfortable, the bedding is very comfortable, the breakfast is rich, and there is a terrace on the L floor of the hotel. I was rushed to check in this time. The hotel staff speaks Spanish! The self-service American breakfast is okay, you can eat whatever you want (fruit/milk/bread/coffee/tea bags/cake). There is a 711 small supermarket within 200 meters, and there is a Herb supermarket and shopping center 1 kilometer away.

The room was quiet, with a mountain view opposite. It was beautiful when the sun set in the afternoon. The hotel was large and seemed to have a long history. The lack of windows in the room was a drawback. The location was good, close to the city center.
