GGuest UserThe owner was really welcoming and gave very detailed directions. The villa is nestled on a small hill by the sea, and the drive up was a lot of fun. Penang's straight roads felt very safe; no cars cut in, making for a smooth journey. The villa boasts sea views and has a housekeeper. The mountain surroundings are very peaceful and quiet.

__WeChat302920****It's newly opened, so the cleanliness is definitely excellent. The front desk staff was very patient. I'd read some reviews and was worried about the noise from the tents, but we were lucky enough that the entire campsite was full and there was no noise at all. The hotel also thoughtfully provided earplugs, which we never needed. It's very close to the mossy forest. We hired a guide for a half-day tour for 60 MYR per person. It was a good deal. I just felt the shower room was a bit inconvenient. All other points are perfect. I would definitely come again.

MMKIf can improve your breakfast services.because today all customers just get a pack of nasi lemak/mihun/fried rice with small portions..it seems like packed from other restaurants..please improve to buffet style breakfast..it’s not worth pay breakfast..so disappointed

HHeimaoyubaishuI would like to raise two points and hope that the merchants will pay attention: 1. The quilt is too thin. Cameron only provides a thin quilt when it is 15 degrees Celsius at night. It is a bit cold to sleep at night!
2. The room has a musty smell. I hope the merchants will open more windows for ventilation!

TTimentoDiverWe recently spent 3 days and 2 nights at the 3-room apartment in Nova Highlands Hotel, located in the heart of Cameron Highlands. The apartment is spacious and well-suited for families or small groups, offering three separate bedrooms, a living area, and basic kitchen amenities. Its location is convenient, directly above a shopping arcade with eateries, a convenience store, and tourist attractions like the butterfly garden nearby.
Overall, our stay was comfortable, though there are areas for improvement. Cleanliness was average, and some furnishings showed signs of wear. The unit could benefit from better maintenance, particularly in the bathrooms. Noise from the surrounding area can also be heard in the evenings. However, the view from the balcony and the cool mountain air made up for it. It’s a decent, no-frills option for travelers looking for space and accessibility without expecting luxury.
