GGuest UserLocation: Perfect as middle of Cameron. Easy to access Mall and variety of foods.
Service: Firstly, the owner or management gave wrong location. Secondly, the key was located on P1 post box but lift at P2. Thirdly, at Lift B got 1 lift only, need to wait for very long to go to Homestay.
Cleanliness: No complaint on it.
Facilities: All good as the management prepared food amenities with fridge, cooker and electric stove. Other than that bed and room amenities perfect but the Entertainment system sucks, the TV useless for Indians as only got 1 channel to access other than that the TV and Room Fan remotes malfunctions. The balcony table is not there as on example.
Anyway, i loved the location with surrounding entertaining areas and view from the balcony and window.

AAnonymous UserThe air quality is excellent, and having trash cans everywhere is a great plus. Ample parking space is also provided. For checkout, the host inspected the room and refunded our deposit on the spot. However, there are several issues:
• Deposit & Lift: Paid RM200 deposit with no receipt. The lift is extremely slow; it only goes up from the ground floor and ignores buttons pressed from upper floors.
• Cleanliness: The sofa and uncovered, smelly duvet caused skin and nose itchiness. The carpet felt sticky.
• Facilities: The hair dryer was broken, and the table fan was faulty. Suggest to provide Indoor and anti-slip toilet slippers.
• Pests: There are mosquitoes. Visitors should bring mosquito repellent.

LLyn AngAll the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's a quiet place, and the mountain view in the early morning is absolutely beautiful. I loved having a room with a balcony! ❤️ The only downside is that driving out can be a bit tricky due to traffic, especially since there was a night market setting up nearby. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, but I'll definitely be staying here again and making sure to try it next time!

MmmasoicAlthough the apartment is strategically located near many eateries and within walking distance to Centrum Market, the overall stay was disappointing. The apartment is clearly rundown and poorly maintained.
The wooden flooring is scratched after long-term use and easily traps dirt. Even though we wore slippers indoors throughout the stay, it still felt unhygienic.
We booked a 3bed 3bath unit; while the toilet seat was clean, the inside of the toilet was very dirty. Overall cleanliness was barely acceptable, with many areas appearing insufficiently cleaned.
In addition, two of the bathroom water heaters were not working properly, which affected basic usage.
I believe this is a unit-specific issue. In unit 302, the Wi-Fi connection was only available at the entrance area near the main door. Once you move further into the living area or bedrooms, the Wi-Fi is not accessible at all. As a result, the TV was also unusable, as it requires a Wi-Fi connection to function.
We were later offered a unit exchange to unit 308. Nevertheless new unit offered stable Wi-Fi, slightly clean toilet and all water heater works. However, unit 308 had a noticeable damp and moldy smell in the room. End up we choose to remain at our original unit.
Although the staff were helpful and made efforts to assist us, the issues with the old facilities and partially non-functional amenities remained. If you are able to tolerate these shortcomings, the place may still be acceptable.

CCoquitoLuaThe room has a musty smell that makes it quite uncomfortable. The breakfast could be better and it was not easy to find the place. The location in was incorrect and we had to contact the accommodation to get the correct location. Nevertheless the was a nice stay for a day.

GGuest UserThe room needs some improvements. The bidet was leaking, the toilet light was flickering, and the stovetop wasn't getting very hot. The best part was having the night market right below our room. Also, the staff were great because we left something behind and they kept it safe for us.

GGuest UserIt’s pretty well located: near Brinchang, quite close to attractions like Kea Farm, tea plantations, markets, and scenic areas. The hotel is also linked or very near a mall/shopping arcade, convenience stores are just a short walk. That can be very helpful with children. Noise from outside or from adjacent rooms/apartments can be bothersome, but is fine since we come here for outing and attractions. Finally the traffic outside is too congested, not the hotels fault but too many visitors come to cameron highlands nowaday, it's an hour drive from one place to another within short distance.

PPEI CHANI booked Misty Forest- 2 room suite and was told the room i booked is under renovation and we were arranged to stay in the room which is Vintage Theme. It was a very nice stay for us. I would like to recommend to the family travellers to stay here. The person in charge is really helpful, give us a very detail travel information including the tourist spots and place to eat. This homestay is in the apartment just right in front of the Pasar Malam (Only a few stalls opened when we come) and there are 99 Speedmart , My News Convenience Store and 7-11 Convenience Store at the ground floor of the apartment. The apartment we stay has the steamboat instrument, microwave oven, fridge, 2 kettles. Therefore, we have a great stay here.
