Furthermore, the charging ports by the bed, with just one iPhone magnetic charger and one USB port, were a bit inconvenient. Be aware that there aren't many charging ports in the common areas either."

GGuest UserRamada is one tran 9 away from Centraal and 10 minutes to the Den Haag pier. The continental breakfast didnât change much during my weekend stay. There was prosecco Sunday morning as part of the buffet. The one bed room was comfortable and the room amenities, which included a nespresso machine, was more than adequate. Ramada supplies three or four types of pillows and I opted for the lowest pillow available which wasnât puffed up. The staff allowed me to check in early at noon , which was a big bonus for me. The room was still fairly pricey during off season (November) but Ramada is still an excellent choice for business travelers visiting Den Haag.

PPianist with no handsThe location is exactly in the town city. Tram is only 1 min away, 2 tram stops away from the centraal station. Perfect location!
The breakfast is great, but without mushrooms and enough fresh fruit. Only bananas and chopped fruits for yoghurt were provided. I love having breakfast in the den. The environment facing the river and the road, and the jazz background music is so relaxing. I donât like having my breakfast in my room or in the lobby.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful offering help in person about how to use the washing machines and the dryers.
Fitness room is tiny. Dumbbells increase by 2kg from 4kg. The seat of the machine for lap pull is not secure, so I didnât use it.
In my conclusion, the service is excellent, and room is spacious and new. I would love to come back next time.

GGuest UserI stayed solo at Ibis Den Haag City Centre for 3 days and 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotelâs location is excellent â very central and convenient for exploring The Hague, with shops, restaurants, and public transport all within walking distance.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable for a short solo stay. The hotel also felt safe and well organized.
One downside was that the bathroom was quite small, which made it a bit cramped. Additionally, the shower drain took a long time to clear, causing water to build up during showers. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable and good value for the location.
Overall, a convenient and decent option for a short stay in The Hague.

GGuest UserI arrived in hotel 2pm my room is not ready its ok normal 3pm is the check in time. So walk around and have drinks in the restaurant with my daughter the restaurant is quite but first i order the drinks it takes 15 mins or more and the pancake i order it takes also 25 mins.  I started to feel the service is poor. I go back to the ballie i get my room card but the explanation is poor. The worst of this hotel that i never expect is the Lift very small and and you wait long to go up. Its a big hotel but only one elevator in other side.  The next day in the morning the breakfast  is poor i never expect for 5star hotel look so cheap the breakfast. Only the location is good.

GGuest UserDonât book the rooms in hot summer days. The air conditioner only provides breeze. Not enough to feel cool in the room. The sink is blocked and water goes down slowly.
Especially, we found the receptionists worked super slow and inefficiently. There was so hot in the reception area without air conditioners. The guests complained waited there over 1 hours to line in the queue and checked in. The receptionist just worked in their own time no matter how long the queue was. The receptionist just repeated same thing to different guests slowly. It took us over 45 mins to check in and no body could do a bit early check-in.
The room is clean and good for students but no for professionals. We would never come back again. W

GGuest UserThe amenities is perfect, but service is really bad, I canât quite believe this is service level of 5 star hotel. Working staff directly open my door at morning- TWICE, while Iâm literally sleeping⌠there is definitely a system that you can check whether guest checked out or not right? How can it be possible to just open the guestâs door to see if they already left or not? Thatâs just plain rude and kinda ruin your mood

GGuest UserPlease note that I ended up staying in a panoramic studio apartment, not a mixed 4-person dorm. I was a bit apprehensive as I've never stayed in a mixed dorm before. After a quick look at the room, I didn't feel very comfortable, so I asked the front desk to upgrade me to a private room, which they kindly did. The location is indeed inconvenient; getting to the city center is fine, and the station is close to the hotel, but the bus stop for leaving the city is quite far, about a 10-minute walk.
