Very interesting house, we were arranged in a carriage, yes, a room converted from a train carriage, very unique. We arrived very late the night before and couldn't find the way to check in. Most have showers, so you can only stand in the bathtub and shower, and the toilet is in the bathroom next door. To be honest, motels are everywhere in Te Anau. But in high mountain areas, it is not too demanding.
