Ko Kut District Hotels with Breakfast

This hotel is fantastic! This was our third time staying at Shanta, and we returned after a long six-year break. The hotel has gotten even better since then. It's quiet and peaceful, and the staff are incredibly efficient and discreet. We honestly haven't tasted better food anywhere else in Thailand. Beach towels are readily available, as is bottled water. There are always sun loungers free, even when the hotel is fully booked – you hardly see anyone, it's truly a place for relaxation. The bedding and towels are excellent quality. They've also started providing daily snacks like cookies and nuts (in addition to coffee, tea, and hot chocolate), plus sweet sodas. We will definitely be back to our beloved Shanta!

Отдыхали 17 февраля 2025 года в закатном бунгало №6 Доброжелательный персонал встретил нас, мы оставили вещи на ресепшене и пошли гулять по пляжу, так как для заселения было ещё рано. Пляж поразил нас своей красотой, но вход в воду немного с камнями. Мы взяли каяк и поплавали возле берега, поныряли с масками и подошло время для заселения. В бунгало стоял приятный свежий чистый аромат, были разложены цветы на постели и также нас ждали приветственные напитки. Вид был невероятной красоты прилагаю фото. В номере были напитки и снеки что очень удобно , так как ночью пойти до магазинов пешком довольно страшно. Особенно понравилась кухня и бар , коктейли были достаточно хорошо приготовлены. На завтрак нам дали заполнить анкету где можно было указать свои предпочтения в еде. Завтрак был безумно вкусный, по фото вы сами все поймете) Этот отель запал нам в душу, мы обязательно вернёмся еще раз.

The resort has just re-branded. They are developing and improving their resorts , facilities, services. There is high speed internet all area and strength signals. The most strength mobile service signals is AIS but they just equipped more for True/DTAC. The room is clean and comfortable bed. I recommend you bring your soap, shampoo … (Hotel provided but not good enough for me). There is personal beach in the front of resort. It really nice but many big stones. If you would like to swim in the sea, I suggest you swim far from the beach area.

An unforgettable place. There's harmony and comfort in every square meter here, a beautiful beach, and everything is just excellent. It's a hotel you want to return to right after checking out!

The accommodation is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious. The communal bathrooms are very clean and have hot water. The sea is stunning with crystal clear water. There are motorcycles available for rent, and the facilities are very comprehensive.

Captain Hook is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for peace and quiet. The villas are nice, we stayed in a room with its own mini pool. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel can help you arrange boat rides, scooters to rent, ferry tickets, etc. Some amenities the resort offers are massages, fire shows, snorkeling, kayaking, and skiing. You should know that there is no beach in front of the resort, but it’s a quick swim/canoe to the beach across from the resort. The restaurant and bar sits right on the water and offers various western and eastern options. We would definitely recommend the fried chicken wings! It was a great holiday and we would choose this resort again when we travel to Koh Kood in the future.

Crystal clear water and the ambiance is absolutely fantastic! You definitely won't be disappointed staying at this resort. 💯✨

The service was amazing, amazing beach and good food in the bar , we have been checked in earlier without any problem, checked out later as well was possible. We did a snorkeling trip with the locals, thanks to the owner of the hotel, she was very kind and helpful in all regards! The room was a bit dirty, but probably we could ask to clean it more deep.

We had an amazing 4 night stay at the Mak Trat and I can’t begin to say how wonderful, new, clean and well kept this place is. We arranged a hotel pick up from the Ao Nid port and within 5-10 of our arrival they came to pick us up, and took our luggage straight to the room. The villas are extremely charming and the beds are very very very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious as well and the food at their own restaurant, and the amenities like the swimming pool area are very clean, beautiful and inviting. The staff is very kind and helpful informing you about day trips and also, you can rent a scooter at the hotel itself. We’re in love with this place I would 100% stay there again. Highly recommend!

I truly appreciated the warm, service-minded attitude of the team—especially the Front Office staff and Khun Alex, who were absolutely outstanding. The complimentary bead bracelet given at check-in was such a charming and thoughtful touch—I loved it! In-room amenities were carefully curated and genuinely impressive. The large woven tote bag, plush slippers, and soft bathrobes made the stay feel extra comfortable, while the coffee machine added a luxurious touch that far exceeded expectations for this price point. Although the property shows signs of age, I believe a renovation or a few thoughtful updates would significantly elevate the overall guest experience.
