Klong MAD Good View Homestay

Koh Kood|3.22km from city centre
[Location] The location is okay. At the far north of the west coast, get off the pier and get off at the first stop of the free shuttle bus. It is close to the sea and has a coastline of several hundred meters. The seat is located at the Zhaoyun Canal Wharf, but it is not actually at this wharf. In fact, it is near the seashore. You can see the beautiful sunset, but the sunrise is invisible. [Environment] The homestay environment is average. It feels that the shop started to make beds when it saw someone coming. The quilt cover and pillowcase didn't feel very clean. No shampoo or shampoo is provided, and there are only three small soaps. Provide roll paper. The kitchen can be used for cooking. [Store] I didn't see the store from start to finish. The only time I contacted the store was by phone. I asked if there was a room. When I checked in, I waited for a long time. A Thai person similar to the store staff came out and told me the wifi password. Then we gave us porridge-like breakfast and toast every day. Since I settled on the pier at Goubong Island, the budget is around 300, I do n’t know how to ride a motorcycle, and I want to live near the sea. This place is generally good. The return ferry ticket and chartered tour are booked at the homestay next door. The brother and sister of the homestay next door are very enthusiastic. The English of the sister paper is good. There is a seafood restaurant next to it, which can solve lunch and dinner. Charters are a bit expensive for two thousand baht eight hours a day. Friendly reminders, everyone on the island brings delicious food and snacks. The consumption on the island is a bit expensive.

Seafar Resort

Well, after a lot of searching we finally found a place on the beach, away from the bigger resort areas, within our budget, and overall, we weren't disappointed. The good The location is ideal. Right on a stretch of gorgeous sand with a shallow stretch of sea protected by a shelf of rocks a hundred metres offshore. With young kids, nothing could have been better. Crystal clear waters, clean beaches, and just what the doctor ordered. The staff were very welcoming, and the resort provides free masks and snorkels as well as skiffs for up to three people to paddle out over the shallow sea. There are plenty of fish to see so it's definitely worth taking advantage of these. There's a great collection of tables, sun loungers, swings, and hammocks for you to use, and most have umbrellas to protect you from the harsh May sun. It was incredibly hot at this time and I don't think we were quite prepared for that. The staff were very responsive when we asked for some things to be fixed in the room, such as a missing towel rail from the bathroom, an iced-up fridge, a broken remote control. and these are were resolved within a day or two. Perhaps the best thing about the resort is the restaurant and bar. The food was, we thought, exceptional value and of really good quality. My daughter couldn't eat enough of the spaghetti with pork and tomato and the spaghetti with bacon and chilli is excellent. Also good value is the barbecue set which we had for lunch at least twice. There's enough for 3 or 4 people with just one set. The bar is a great place to relax in the evening though I wish they were a bit more imaginative and varied with their happy hour cocktails. The not so good I've mentioned the problems with the fixtures and fittings in the room. What I find annoying is that guests need to tell staff that a towel rail has been removed, and that the fridge is so iced up as to be unusable. For the price, these things should be checked at least between guest bookings. The wooden laminate flooring in the bungalows has been pretty badly warped and there are gaps between the ends of the boards. This doesn't give a good first impression but perhaps the most annoying thing about the room was the design of the bathroom which seems to have been done by someone with no sense of what should go where. When you open the door to the bathroom, it brushes the side of the toilet seat, which inevitably means the toilet seat is constantly loose. Mad idea to put a toilet just inside a door. I don't think I've ever come across a design like that before. The shower location and the way it's attached to the wall means that anything near the sink gets totally soaked unless you want to remove the shower from the fitting and hold it while you shower. I think a bit of care and effort when designing the bathrooms would have paid off. But perhaps the worst thing of all is the breakfast. Considering the main restaurant food is pretty good, you'd expect breakfast to be along similar standa

Given that this is so far away, the island is still worth a visit. We can't expect to be able to come to such a small and cozy place, there is an airport here, and now, can we do it? Then this place will no longer be a private residence, yes every beautiful modern bungalow is a small paradise of its own. The hotel rooms and pools as well as the restaurant are simple and elegant, so everything is immaculate. The staff is great. I like not being bothered by Western sales styles. I want to ask what I need, eat these, and when I ask for a drink, I am not disturbed, never interrupted. Really, after getting up to eat such an affordable drink, in a glass cup, with ice inside, in such a beautiful place, is an absolute enjoyment. The restaurant opens is just a few steps away from the sea. The price of delicious food is so low. Super simple walkway leads to every private bungalow. It doesn’t feel good to read the reviews of the reviewers, okay, so where do you think you’re going to travel? If you feel you belong to this resort, then come here. It reminded me of the feeling and atmosphere when I first went to Elephant Island 20 years ago. Just, such a high end. To create this atmosphere, it costs double the price to stay in these rooms compared to the rest of the world. Yes, there are shallow water and very attractive black rocks. Before you leave, please note these and enjoy this beautiful pool. You can also rent a motorcycle or golf cart to the beach. It makes everyone happy here, and the reviews from the travel advisor can really impact a person's life and business. Please consider where we speak, for example, without remote islands, wireless will not be without signal. And just because the server is not a ** doesn't mean he doesn't want to help you. We really liked this resort very much, we went there last February and we will go there again this November. We went all the way to Thailand just to go to Pabalala. It’s quiet, it’s all private houses and it feels perfect. Please make sure you contact me when you have specific questions. I know how important our choices are.

I would like to thank the team at Tinkerbell Resort Hotel from the bottom of my heart. I spent two unforgettable weeks with my mother away from civilisation on the beautiful island of Koh Kood and all the two weeks we were surrounded by the care and warmth of the wonderful people working in this hotel! Lovely, friendly and helpful, they were always willing to help. I would like to say a special THANK YOU to the restaurant team, they are all not only very pleasant in communication, but professionals. Special thanks to Khun Thach Chheang she did a wonderful job along with her team - Laeng Rin, Sarorn So and Charlotte! Thank you very much dear girls, we love you and miss you a lot! You made us smile every morning when we entered the restaurant and every evening when you opened another bottle of Prosecco with great professionalism! We have warm memories of you! We would also like to mention the excellent work of the front desk, thank you Tihlaree! The ladies who gave us a wonderful, very professional massage every day - Nit and Anny, thank you! Thank you to the bartender - Tung for a wonderful job! Unfortunately we don't know the rest of the staff names, but we would like to say thank you to all of them - room cleaners, gardener, pool and beach staff and cleaners. They all work very hard to make your stay pleasant! The location of the hotel is also very pleased, the bungalow is right on the beach! What else can you want when you are on the island:)! Of course, it would be nice to renovate the hotel a little (light renovation of the rooms, because in some places the plaster is falling off). But believe me, these are all small things compared to the great attitude you are surrounded by when you stay at Tinkerbell Privacy Resort Koh Kood!
