GGuest UserWe loved our stay at this hotel decked in french chic style. The decor, everything from the reception, breakfast area to the room and the room service, was carefully curated and beautiful. I loved how clean the room was. Almost spotless of dust. There were so many books littered all over the room ❤️ the room service and kitchen was pleasantly hospitable and helpful, especially Iladya, who saw us off to the train station. Thank you for making our memories in Konya!

YYilushunfengshenzhenThere are not many dining facilities around the hotel. The room is large and the service attitude is good. The bath water seems to be slippery. The price is still very satisfactory. Called a taxi. My Huawei mobile phone arrived at the front desk and there was no way to use UBER. I originally bought Huawei's sky pass. The breakfast is very rich. Dinner consumption is not high.

LLICHANGThe location is great, just behind the museum, the environment is very petty, the breakfast is very good, the front desk is very beautiful and warm, the music played by the hotel is intoxicating, the husband likes it very much, and the lady who is copying the music at the front desk specially helps me to go. Buy a USB flash drive and enjoy a very comfortable stay.

BBUBreakfast is ok, Turkish-style, are not used to eating. Without their own parking lot, the hotel staff had to park the car outside the parking lot, but the waiter could pick up the car for parking. The location should be relatively central and there are more businesses around. But the whole city is generally similar to the Chinese four-line.

GGuest UserThe location is very nice, close to everywhere in the center. The staff is very friendly, helpful and helpful. The rooms are very bad, they separated the rooms with plasterboards, the insulation is zero, there was not even a closet in the room, my belongings were left on the floor. There was only 1 socket in the room, it was quite inadequate. The refrigerator was very old, the interior was very dirty, I was not satisfied with the hotel.

GGuest UserThe staff and management was very nice and supportive. We had complaints about our rooms on the lower floors. They listened to our concerns very calmly and changed the rooms immediately. Upper floor rooms are way better. Overall, they're cooperative and kind towards their guests.

HHanan AmanThe staff who managed our check in showed us where to park since the hotel did not have private parking and i am very thankful for that.
They upgraded our room with additional single bed eventhough there were just the two of us.
The room's cleanliness is acceptable but the toilet bowl need some additional cleaning.
Breakfast was okay. Simple turkish breakfast.
The location is very strategic, 5 to 10 mins to Mevlana Museum.

GGuest UserI stayed at the hostel for one night, the room was good for only three people. I arrived at the hostel in very late night and I was positively surprised by friendly attitude of the receptionist even though it was after midnight it was no problem to check in. Only downside was the toilet and the shower. Toilet very dirty and shower was flooded so I just washed myself in the sink because the shower area was pretty much unacceptable. Everything else was good. If shower and toilet will improve, I would recommend it
