Floor height and room size are ideal, a separate smoking section is very functional.
The stone coatings used in bathroom and room decoration and the cleaning in the bathroom are successful.
The staff is very friendly
The restaurant is the same price as the restaurants outside

AAnonymous UserThe room is not big, the internet is not very good, there are not many food options around, and the price-performance ratio is average. Many hotel staff have poor English, and there are certain communication problems!

GGuest UserThe staff and management was very nice and supportive. We had complaints about our rooms on the lower floors. They listened to our concerns very calmly and changed the rooms immediately. Upper floor rooms are way better. Overall, they're cooperative and kind towards their guests.
