To say I really liked it would be an understatement... Floor height and room size are ideal, a separate smoking section is very functional. The stone coatings used in bathroom and room decoration and the cleaning in the bathroom are successful. The staff is very friendly The restaurant is the same price as the restaurants outside 10/10 as F/P

The staff and management was very nice and supportive. We had complaints about our rooms on the lower floors. They listened to our concerns very calmly and changed the rooms immediately. Upper floor rooms are way better. Overall, they're cooperative and kind towards their guests.

The hotel was beautiful and I had stayed before, staff. It was very kind and laughing, breakfast was a little weak, and it was very watery

During check-in, they also provided a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and local dining options, and patiently answered all our questions. Most importantly, the room amenities were a delightful surprise. The room looked exactly like the promotional photos, being spotlessly clean and tidy. The mattress was just the right firmness, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. The toiletries were of good quality, and the hot water flow was quick and consistent. Thoughtful touches like [the complimentary minibar, smart toilet, and large floor-to-ceiling windows] significantly elevated the overall quality of our stay.
