Seattle Hotels with Breakfast

When I first checked into the room, there was hair on both the sink and the bed. I tried calling the front desk in the middle of the night, but couldn't get through. However, after reporting it the next day, they moved us to a different room and upgraded our room type, so the service was still quite good. The sea view from the higher floor was beautiful, and the breakfast downstairs was delicious. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, though.

The location is excellent! Most of the city's main attractions are within walking distance, and it's just a few blocks from the Sphere. There's also a Whole Foods right across the street, which is super convenient for grabbing food. The hotel has a modern, community-focused design. The lobby serves as a lounge area, restaurant, and front desk, making it easy for guests to socialize or even work. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, and the bedding is quite comfortable. My only minor complaint would be the lack of a few more tables and chairs in the room. Street parking is available after 6 PM or 8 PM. The hotel has a very limited number of parking spots in a city garage behind the building, costing just over 35 CAD plus tax for 12 hours, which is actually a bit cheaper than the parking lot next door.

The people/service was great. The room was great. Getting there was an ordeal (narrow streets, lots of traffic), and the traffic and sirens kept us awake much of the night. The location in terms of proximity to places we needed to be was great -- but be sure to factor in loud traffic noise throughout your stay.

The overall ambiance was lovely and very cozy, and the staff were very friendly. However, the day after checking in on August 1st, I received a text message notification that the elevator was out of order. Thankfully, I was on the second floor, so it wasn't a huge issue then. But by the time I checked out on August 6th, it still hadn't been fixed. With luggage and an early flight to catch, this became quite inconvenient. Cleanliness and attention to detail also need improvement. Rooms were cleaned every other day, and I left a $5 tip each time, but the cleaning staff even left a cleaning rag in the bathroom. One major drawback was the noise from being close to the road. On the first night, we heard fire engine sirens three times, but it was fine on subsequent nights. Overall, though, it's very convenient for getting around, and popular attractions are within walking distance.

Had a really great experience here at CitizenM. The place was unique, chique, and modern. With all the extra tools they provide like their mobile room controller you can personalize the room to your liking. The lobby is very interactive with accessible board games, lounge area and bar. Highly recommended!

Centrally located with great transport links. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the subway, and the Space Needle and Pike Place Market are also nearby. The breakfast is excellent, offering both buffet and à la carte options.

I visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.

The pool water was murky, but otherwise generally acceptable. The lower floor next to the road was noisy, but the hotel's location is quite convenient. The Ctrip Air Ticket Department is currently engaged in fraud. They unilaterally changed their tickets and refused to rebook or compensate me. I was in Canada with my children, waiting for news from them, and they didn't care about our well-being. We were forced to return to China via Seattle. This hotel was a waste of money. Therefore, I hope the Ctrip Air Ticket Department will be disbanded soon and stop harming people. Everyone will be unemployed. I wonder how long this fraud department can continue.

They upgraded our room upon arrival! The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a beautiful view room overlooking the city on the 14th floor. The pullout couch bed is really only suitable for one child. Our oldest daughter took the couch bed and said it was very uncomfortable so we had everyone in the extra large king sized bed. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the mattress was soft. The room was relatively clean, although a little dusty. Probably because of the location and the age of the hotel. The room was fully stocked with water and snacks. The bathroom was extremely clean! Breakfast was not included, so we had a five minute walk to Starbucks. The concierge accommodated us with a $15 shuttle ride to the cruise ship dock. The shuttle service was excellent and they took care of all of our bags.
