Seattle Hotels with Breakfast

The location is excellent! Most of the city's main attractions are within walking distance, and it's just a few blocks from the Sphere. There's also a Whole Foods right across the street, which is super convenient for grabbing food. The hotel has a modern, community-focused design. The lobby serves as a lounge area, restaurant, and front desk, making it easy for guests to socialize or even work. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, and the bedding is quite comfortable. My only minor complaint would be the lack of a few more tables and chairs in the room. Street parking is available after 6 PM or 8 PM. The hotel has a very limited number of parking spots in a city garage behind the building, costing just over 35 CAD plus tax for 12 hours, which is actually a bit cheaper than the parking lot next door.

Water pressure is low during shower and do not have shower head, toilet bowl room lighting not working well (unable to adjust brightness.

The people/service was great. The room was great. Getting there was an ordeal (narrow streets, lots of traffic), and the traffic and sirens kept us awake much of the night. The location in terms of proximity to places we needed to be was great -- but be sure to factor in loud traffic noise throughout your stay.

The overall ambiance was lovely and very cozy, and the staff were very friendly. However, the day after checking in on August 1st, I received a text message notification that the elevator was out of order. Thankfully, I was on the second floor, so it wasn't a huge issue then. But by the time I checked out on August 6th, it still hadn't been fixed. With luggage and an early flight to catch, this became quite inconvenient. Cleanliness and attention to detail also need improvement. Rooms were cleaned every other day, and I left a $5 tip each time, but the cleaning staff even left a cleaning rag in the bathroom. One major drawback was the noise from being close to the road. On the first night, we heard fire engine sirens three times, but it was fine on subsequent nights. Overall, though, it's very convenient for getting around, and popular attractions are within walking distance.

Had a really great experience here at CitizenM. The place was unique, chique, and modern. With all the extra tools they provide like their mobile room controller you can personalize the room to your liking. The lobby is very interactive with accessible board games, lounge area and bar. Highly recommended!

Centrally located with great transport links. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the subway, and the Space Needle and Pike Place Market are also nearby. The breakfast is excellent, offering both buffet and à la carte options.

I visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.

Clean, well located, nice room and gym. The soundproofing between rooms wasn’t great (or we had a loud neighbour that spoke at high volume from 6am). Beware in the bar, they put an 18% automatic service charge on the bill and then ask for a tip again when you pay with your card! They made it hard to find the 0% button which was cheeky when we already paid the 18% charge once! That was my main reason for making it a 4/5, management, you should look at that, it’s poor practice.

The pool water was murky, but otherwise generally acceptable. The lower floor next to the road was noisy, but the hotel's location is quite convenient. The Ctrip Air Ticket Department is currently engaged in fraud. They unilaterally changed their tickets and refused to rebook or compensate me. I was in Canada with my children, waiting for news from them, and they didn't care about our well-being. We were forced to return to China via Seattle. This hotel was a waste of money. Therefore, I hope the Ctrip Air Ticket Department will be disbanded soon and stop harming people. Everyone will be unemployed. I wonder how long this fraud department can continue.

Location is unbeatable, and if you get a room with a view it’s an an unbeatable place to stay on a budget. I’ve stayed here more than once due to the location, how quiet it is overall, and the upkeep of the rooms. The gym could use some love, but let’s face it. we aren’t really at a hotel for the gym but it does the job!
