The location was prime. The room was clean however it is the first ever hotel that did not provide complimentary water. I’m very disappointed by such arrangement.

The hotel is extremely well located in the cbd. The facilities of the hotel are very good. Luca was extremely helpful , polite and obliging at reception. The breakfast was great, the room. Was clean with a magnificent view of the entire Brisbane skyline. Highly recommend this hotel to all visitors to Brisbane. It makes a huge positive difference to your entire stay.

Perfect location in the centre of Brisbane, easy walk to everything you need. Very helpful staff and great facilities.

Great experience and nice food suppply. The room was impeccably clean, with plush bedding, a marble bathroom (complete with luxury toiletries), and thoughtful touches.

Super convenient location right smack in the Brisbane city area! Rooms are slightly dated but overall cleanliness was there. Great service as well! Would say there aren’t many new hotels in Brisbane, and definitely recommend this place if convenience is key

Room is very clean and tastefully furnished. Although not too spacious. Location quite convenient, allowing quick access to most areas. Excellent breakfast.

I loved the Brisbane Hyatt. I ended up spending four more nights there and it just couldn’t get enough. It was centrally located. I was able to get around town very easily. I was able to walk over to the wonderful Parkland lake where the big party is in the middle of town where everybody’s at the beach and playing volleyball having fun The food was exceptional. The service was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was modern and clean and eco-friendly so all in all I was quite impressed and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future. Thank you very much! I’m a big fan.

Alomost there to be a prrfrct hotell!! Foods are nice, rooms are super clean and location is magnificent! But employee should work faster little bit. After we checked in, front told us the room is ready but actually wasn't. Housekeeping arrived our rooms withus at the same time and we had to wait 10min. But that's it! Totally good!

I got a lot of insect bites after sleeping all night. Service attitude is very good, but do not recommend parking in the hotel parking lot, parking prices are too high, it is better to park in the George parking lot next door.
