Overall I was quite satisfied with the hotel. The room was quite spacious, with can accommodate 2 open baggages (still leave room to walk). The amenities using were L’occitane. The heater and hot water works perfect. There’s also heater in the toilet which I was quite happy about) Just one minor issue during stay, we had requested for the slipper at the front office on the first night and was told that the housekeeping was closed or something. They will be brought on the next day so we expected to have after the room service of the next day. After out for the whole day on the next day and back to the room found still no slipper provided. Since we stayed 2 night we just didn’t bother to go ask again which probably received the same response.

very good location and big rooms close to Midi and Square. arrived early in the morning paid 40 euros for early checkin.

Clean, quiet and well located, not far from the city center

The air conditioner in the room assigned to us was broken, and we were deceived that it was centrally controlled and would turn on at night. But the fact is that it was broken a few years ago and the problem has not been dealt with. At this time, Belgium had entered the summer season, and the hotel was unwilling to change rooms with us, but only gave us three fans. It doesn't deserve to be called a four-star hotel!

I like to stay in this hotel every time I come to Brussels. The service is good, clean, the environment is good, the room is big, and safe. There is a fruit shop opposite and it is also very close to tourist attractions.
