The hotel is well located. The interior of the hotel is nice. But the room, better to renew. Room 101 requires the new carpet and renew most of the furniture. The breakfast is nice. The parking is limited with max high of the car 1,9 meters.

Lovely hotel, ideal for a short trip to Bucharest. Beautifully clean, friendly reception staff, who offered us coffee on arrival. Delicious continental breakfast with fresh tea or coffee included. Room has everything you need. Only thing that could be improved would be a bit of background music in restaurant. Easy to walk into town. Would definitely recommend! Thank you

Advantages: The room is large, the location is good, and the 22-story balcony is a good viewing place. The facilities are a bit old, but they are justified.
Disadvantages: poor service, enough for Samsung hotel standards.
The hotel is very well located if you want to be close to the Gara de Nord train station.
The room is very cozy, you can regulate the heat yourself from inside. The bed is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. We arrived at night and there is a restaurant inside where we could have dinner. The breakfast was also very complete.
The location of the hotel is amazing. There is a mall and a large supermarket across the road, and the subway station is just a 5-minute walk away. However, the quilt is not very fluffy and it is uncomfortable to cover it with lumps.

Our stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the room's amenities made our stay even more enjoyable.
A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed.
The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing.
The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Mercure Bucharest offers a welcoming and comfortable stay. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
It was a wonderful stay at the RAMADA PLAZA Hotel and we hope to visit again. The service from all the staff was impeccable, the facilities with all the technologies and clean. The breakfast was rich with enough variety of options. We used the gym and Vitality club for massage, steam bath and sauna which we enjoyed. The two large swimming pools where we spent several hours relaxing also gave a special touch to our vacation.
MMax726Hotel staff was helpful. Breakfast was great
There is a small convenience store next to the hotel that opens until 12 midnight.
However, wifi was not working on rooms in the second floor of the hotel for the entire day. Wi-Fi was fine on ground floor, and 3rd to 5h floors.
Level 2 seems to be under construction or having an industrial look compared to other floors.
Do take a look at the photos and see for yourself

Excellent
GGuest UserThis is a very good service, very comfortable hotel to sleep, you can live alone, because of the red-eye flight, many hotels do not have a 24-hour front desk, temporarily decided to live here, close to the trip behind me. Now I understand the meaning of earning money, and I can enjoy a better quality life with money. I thought that poor travel was my only choice, but I didn't expect Romania to let me have a local tyrants. Thanks to the Expo Center Hotel, thank you to all the warm and friendly hotel staff, you are the best!
GGuest UserThe service attitude is very good. They help me print the itinerary and send it by express. It is very friendly. It is very convenient to eat nearby and can be reached on foot. It is worth recommending.

GGuest UserThis hotel is a little tricky. Do not book the regular rooms because they are tired and the beds look soggy and used. They need to do a little bit of work on the interior in the carpets on the outside of the rooms. Only stay in the suites are and above cuz they're great. But the superior room and the regular room are not to my liking and a little depressing. But I would stay this hotel anytime I was in Bucharest but only in the sweets and the studios not in the regular tired looking hotel rooms. One of the major benefits of this hotel/aparte hotel is that it has a fantastic hot tub/ jacuzzi and it is right next door in the gym all you have to do is sign in. I love the hot tub and I love the pool especially in mid-December when everything was freezing. I would stay here anytime I visited Bucharest. The food in the restaurant is okay relatively okay value for the money and service is good. Also the women at the front desk are very helpful and accommodating.
戴戴Every time there is a guest coming to Bucharest, except for JW Marriott, it will be booked because it is close to the company. It may be a veteran hotel chain, the food is quite normal, it is quite delicious, there is no thunder
GGuest UserBucharest, Romania, was originally a beautiful city. This trip, I learned to take the bus, so the accommodation is cheap and good. Thanks to Ctrip's customer service for helping to make the trip to Europe more smooth! Walk to the city for 5.5 kilometers, the airport can take bus 442, 100 to 331, the bus can swipe credit card, RMB less than 4.8 yuan can be from the airport to the hotel.
张张The hotel is outside the old town. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. The hotel is 10 meters away from the supermarket. The bus ticketing point is at the hotel entrance. The WIFI signal is good. The room layout is antique. There are many taxis at the door. It is convenient for taxis. Value, recommended.
