I picked the room because of big window, my husband is an artist and he likes to have a lot of sun in the room. We arrived late and check in was by code. So when we see the room with the wall and two very narrow windows. Definitely not like pictures showing. Next day when we spoke with reception they told me that they have only 1-2 rooms with big windows and it’s impossible for us to move there because they are busy.
I’d like to ask trip.com put pictures of other room as well and people will not be disappointed with their stay like we was

The hotel claims to be a 4-star, but it doesn't offer any 4-star services. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the room. The breakfast and location are good, but I wouldn't rate it 4 stars—2 or 3 would be fair. The service is excellent.

The hotel is located close to the metro and from the bus stop to the airport. The sights are also close. The room has a refrigerator, a teapot, a canal air conditioner. There is a ATM in the hotel lobby. Breakfast in a Chinese restaurant. Breakfast Swedish table: Omlet, bean, cheese and sausage cuts, mushrooms, cruisans. The window in the room is not open.

Very clean and spacious room. Comfy bed and good shower. However, the half open shower design made the floor wet every time when we took showers.
Hotel is in a commercial area, you need to take metro or bus to the city center and major attractions . There is a mall nearby.
Paid underground parking in the hotel building. Safe and easy parking.

After coming out of the subway station, walk about 7-8 hundred meters to the hotel. The hotel is in an alley, and the shop's marked light box is very conspicuous at night. The hotel rooms are not many, clean and hygienic, the service staff is very welcoming, breakfast is average, but can be full.

This century-old hotel has a strong sense of history. The overall feeling is like returning to Shanghai during the Republic of China period. I stayed at the Peace Hotel. In addition, although there are not many types of breakfast, the ingredients are very fresh. I recommend it!

The only improvement would be the packed breakfast for our early day excursion. Just a sandwich, fruit and water. Yogurt, granola and a juice box would have been better.

GGuest UserThe hotel breakfast was delicious and the dinner was very standard. Better than the restaurant outside the street. Hotel room hygiene. But there are music parties on the periphery for two days. There is still a lot of music at about 12 o'clock in the evening. I can't sleep at noon.

NNoi ChaOur stay at the Continental Hotel in Bucharest was mostly pleasant and comfortable. The hotel itself is well-maintained, offering a great ambiance and excellent amenities. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, and the restaurant staff were warm, accommodating, and attentive to our needs.
However, our experience at check-in left something to be desired. The female front desk staff member we interacted with was not particularly helpful. When we asked if the tap water was safe to drink, her response was dismissive, stating she didn’t know and suggesting we purchase water from the hotel instead. Similarly, when we inquired about the possibility of an early breakfast due to our early departure for a day trip to Peles Castle, she was uncooperative and rigid, insisting breakfast was strictly served at 6:30 AM.
Thankfully, the restaurant staff went above and beyond. When we arrived at 6:15 AM, they graciously opened the doors early and welcomed us, allowing us to grab some food before we left. Their professionalism and kindness turned around what could have been a frustrating situation.
